Grande Albergo Miramare

Stayed at this hotel in June 2025. The staff were more interested in looking after wedding guests that were not actually staying at this hotel, service was not what you would expect from such a beautiful hotel. I asked the manager for afternoon tea with my wife we waited 30 minutes no tea? I went to find out what the delay was only to find the manager sat at a table on his phone, sorry I forgot. The tea was served within minutes. This was not the only time we were over looked. We decided to have a light lunch toasted sandwich, this was nothing short of disgusting ( see photo) the Chiefs should be ashamed of themselves, to disguise the burnt toasted sandwich the Chief’s turned the sandwich over. I made my feelings clear. The room we stayed in was okay, sadly the air conditioning failed and was not fixed for 24 hours. The beach is nice and quiet in the week gets busy at the weekend. Note there is a lot of steps going down and back up. I personally wouldn’t go back.

Abbiamo pernottato nella struttura durante le vacanze Pasquali. Il soggiorno è stato ottimo: letto molto comodo e stanza pulita ed ordinata Vi consigliamo anche di provare il loro SQUISITO ristorante sia per i piatti di pesce che di carme. Personale molto gentile e professionale, non vediamo l'ora di ritornare... Ringraziamo ancora tantissimo la famiglia Celletti

Small but very clean rooms. Staff were always helpful. Well located.
