Really appreciate the host response every problem that i face. Everything was great.near by the station. Sharing toilets and showers is not a problem.The problem is when sharing with someone who not responsible with the sharing toilet and shower. Really hope the host can prepare a mirror in the room.Surely will come again

Modern ryokan hotel close to Kawaguchiko station, and convenience store. Easy self check in, complete facilities: hot water, washing machine, hairdryer, coffee maker etc.

入住的資料有一些問題之外其他都還好，傢俱有些是有缺陷的，像是燈籠的下緣是破的，可能是為了省錢沒有換新的

Mentioned at booking platform room with attach toilet is not true.. This house only have common toilets. Need to do self.check in, need to WhatsApp or call if required any assistance. The bunk bed not very stable, making noises when turning regardless upper or below bed.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Station. The room was spacious with a tatami bed and a bunk bed, it can comfortably sleep 3 people. There is also an air purifier in the room. The bathroom and toilet are shared, they are spotless.

Comment peut on louer une chambre d'aussi piètre qualité à ce prix. Un lit en mezzanine où l'on ne peut tenir assis tellement on est près du plafond. Un lit qui grince affreusement au moindre mouvement. Et pour entrer dans le lit il faut se faufiler entre celui-ci et la clim. Pour passer une nuit à peu près décente j'ai dû descendre le matelas par terre. Ajoutez à cela un check in électronique avec tablette car il n'y a personne à l'accueil. Cette merveille pour 35 euro ! Le lendemain à Tokyo j'étais logé magnifiquement pour 50 euro. Cherchez l'erreur. Établissement à fuir !

Staying at Sumarise Kura was a huge disappointment. Be very careful. We booked a room with a private bathroom and toilet and trip.com confirmed it in our booking details. However, Sumarise Kura DOES NOT HAVE rooms with private bathrooms and toilets. Everything is shared! No hotel management could help you with requests. Checking in is done on an iPad at the entrance. The hotel does not have any staff present. We shared the hotel with very loud students. The walls are thin and to open your room door, you had to use a very noisy locker. We fell asleep late and woke up many times during the night when people were going to the bathroom. The hotel was clean(only the rooms), but very uncomfortable and noisy. I used WhatsApp to contact the management. They did not know their hotel was advertised on trip.com and stopped responding after a few messages. I still have not received a refund from trip.com. I am only getting emails that they are verifying the situation with their partners. This is very dishonest behavior on their part!! The services provided by Sumarice Kura are far from what is advertised on this website!!

思ったより奥の方に位置していて、辿り着くのが難しかった。 中は、綺麗だったので、良かった。 深夜にチェックインする時は、事前に場所を確認した方がいいかも、真っ暗で何も見えない、、、

The hostel is located near kawaguchiko station. The room is clean. Bathroom and toilet are clean. Check in time is at 3pm onward. I think it a worthy to stay.

酒店裝修不錯，離車站近，頗乾淨。 同名酒店有兩家，大家記得copy trip.com上面的地址，前台一直沒有人。 門鎖要向左扭，左撇子搞了好久，發了email求救才發現要向左扭….
