Old old out dated hotel furniture, bed everything

酒店的位置及景觀實在沒話說，地點方便易找，大部份房間都有全湖景；但設施略舊，服務人員水準不高，早餐選擇亦有限，但仍屬可接受的水平，沒有不快經歷。以性格比來說，算是不錯了。

一般，一般，除了位置好以外。日式風格，但是完全沒有日式服務，感覺不值這個價。確實纜車入口在酒店旁邊很方便。

酒店人員能懂英文，普通話，能作出相應的溝通，對客人也很有禮貌，酒店提供的設施也不錯，而且酒店旁更是纜車的景點，很近，很方便，衛生也不錯，感謝工作人員的幫助。

I saw some negative comments but our experience was very nice. The dinner is good.

All great, luggage storage for leaving day would have been nice but in general a nice place for the trip

No shuttle bus service you have get the bus it always clowdy so I walk 15 min . Public bath for it is not clean .The price is so expensive compare to the service. The room is very old and not clean

早餐海鮮丼飯很棒！

選的時候沒注意，後來發現位置很方便，旁邊就是索道，這個很方便，一早去，可以避開旅行團。 有中文服務員，讓我感覺方便很多。 雖然是一個非常非常有年代的酒店，但是讓我很有氛圍感，特別空調的開關。 床品也乾淨，被子和床單之間還有一層床單，讓我心裏上感覺舒服。 房間對着河口湖，晚上正好可以在酒店看花火大會。 一泊二食，也不用攻略周邊吃什麼。

優勢：門口有公交，火車下來坐公交直接到門口。酒店旁邊就是纜車站，非常便捷。 劣勢：酒店偏舊，進門拖鞋，酒店裡衹能穿拖鞋。退房後不能寄存箱子。所以如果上午坐纜車，必須把箱子推到最近的寄存點。非常不人性。

It's located on hill and very inconvenient for big luggage to check in. Secondly, need to take off shoes and change slippers to go in to hotel at all time. Surely your shoes will be at lobby area cabinet and need to exchange every time when you are out and in. Hot spring tax 300yen will be charged regardless of if you use or not too. Other than that location wise ok and view is great from room.

先説酒店本身。在河口湖，窗户也是對着河口湖，景色不錯。酒店裡有“温泉”和桑拿，就是國內的大浴場，房間大小跟國內差不多。 再説位置。酒店旁邊就是觀景台纜車入口。這地方一定要早來，我們八點半下來，剛營業，人比較少。玩了一個小時後下來，人已經排到馬路邊上了。
