Our stay at Pestana Village was truly delightful, and one of the highlights was the exceptional service from the reception team. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a level of professionalism that immediately made us feel at home. The staff at the front desk were always friendly, helpful, and eager to assist with any request — whether it was booking tours, giving local recommendations, or simply checking in on how we were enjoying our stay. Their kindness and efficiency made a big difference and set the tone for a relaxing holiday. A heartfelt thank you to the entire reception team — your hospitality was outstanding. Ficámos no Pestana Village como parte do resort que inclui também o Pestana Miramar, e a experiência foi excelente em todos os aspetos. O destaque vai, sem dúvida, para as refeições — saborosas, variadas e preparadas com muito cuidado. Cada refeição foi uma verdadeira experiência gastronómica, com opções para todos os gostos, e sempre servida num ambiente agradável e relaxante. A ligação entre os dois hotéis é muito prática e permite aproveitar o melhor de ambos: o charme do Miramar e a tranquilidade do Village. O jardim tropical que envolve o resort torna tudo ainda mais especial, proporcionando um ambiente sereno para desfrutar de cada momento. Sem dúvida, um lugar a regressar, especialmente para quem aprecia boa comida e um atendimento simpático e eficiente.

We had a wonderful stay at Pestana Village. The service was excellent and the reception team was very friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for tours around the island. The gardens at the resort are absolutely beautiful—well maintained and perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend it!

Hotel um pouco desatualizado. Os quartos são bons mas a necessitar remodelação. O hotel diz que é familiar mas pensa pouco nas crianças. O pequeno almoço e o jantar tem pouco variedade e é bastante fraco para quem tem crianças. Está muito vocacionado para estrangeiros e muito pouco para os nacionais.

I am torn in my assessment of this review, as the hotel staff delivered exceptional service throughout our stay. While the breakfast and dinner buffets were enjoyable, they did lack variety over the days. In contrast, the à la carte restaurants provided a truly delightful dining experience. However, the resort itself is in dire need of renovations, as it appears quite dated. Our room exhibited signs of significant wear and tear, a condition that was also noticeable in other parts of the property. On a brighter note, the housekeeping team upheld a commendable level of cleanliness and organization in our accommodations. The grounds were meticulously maintained, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Furthermore, the hotel's location is advantageous, situated centrally in Funchal, which facilitates easy access to attractions in both eastern and western directions. I would have rated this experience a 3 out of 5 if not for the dedicated staff who worked diligently to enhance our trip. Nevertheless, I would consider returning in the future.

Fui muito bem recebido pela equipa da recepção, boa qualidade, quarto muito bom com certeza irei voltar e muitas mais vezes ,área de lazer pescina e tudo mais muito bom , comer ótimo, equipa do hotel fantástica jardins tropicais e muito bem cuidados ATE BREVE com muito gosto
