I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback. While I appreciated the overall ambiance, I found the signages to be quite lacking. They are not user-friendly, which made navigating the lobby and lift areas quite confusing. Clearer directions and better placement of signs would greatly enhance the experience for guests. Additionally, while my room was generally okay, I did notice some dust accumulation. A thorough cleaning would improve the comfort level significantly. Addressing these issues would undoubtedly elevate the overall guest experience. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I hope to see improvements during my next visit!

Everything ok

I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel and was placed in Block 7, Level 17. The condition of the room was appalling—extremely dirty, with cockroaches in the bathroom, a persistent bad smell, a leaking sink, and a non-functioning air conditioner. It was completely unacceptable. I attempted to cancel the second night due to these issues, but the hotel was unwilling to accommodate the request. Despite that, I decided to check out early and moved to another hotel. Thankfully, Trip.com offered some compensation in the form of Trip Coins, but the damage was already done. This experience ruined our holiday and was incredibly disappointing for my entire family.

房間很乾凈，環境很好。

基本上都不錯，衹是可能比較偏僻吧，想要call grab的話要等很久，雖然酒店有shuttle bus，但是櫃枱説1小時來一輛，所以我也比較傾向於打車
