This is my 4th time to stay this hotel! The reception service is really fast. It would be great if the reception is with air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay this time as our quad room came with a big balcony! Really nice to enjoy the cold in the morning. The beds are really comfortable to sleep! Bathroom shower also good! Must come back again when visit Genting with family!

Everything was fine only the room felt warm at nights but we pretty much able to adapt after opened ajar the windows at nights to feel colder..just that lack of facilities to hang the clothes for 6 of us but we make do..

Service provided by the check-in counter was excellent even when we check-in at 10-11pm. Room was spacious as we book the 5-6pax room.

I had an amazing stay at SkyWorld Genting Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making a great first impression. The room was spotless, modern, and well-designed, with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities – from the fast Wi-Fi to the rain shower – made my stay truly relaxing. What stood out most was the location. Being right next to the SkyWorld theme park and just a short walk from SkyAvenue and other attractions made it incredibly convenient. Whether you're here for entertainment, shopping, or just to enjoy the cool mountain air, this hotel is perfectly situated.
