Whilst the staff are all really pleasant there is nowhere near enough of them - I waited over an hour for a dessert to be told “these things happen” the manager was also manning both the reception desk and breakfast on the 17th which seems unfair on her. Added to the fact that there is not enough parking adds up to a 3 out if 5 experience

This Premier inn is very well located just a few minutes away from the historic quays area. Lots of good shops, places to eat, drink and admire the renovated buildings and docks. Hotel has plenty of free parking. I had a plus room which was nice with extra features.

Immy is amazing! Thank you soooo much! Had a wonderful evening after the chef did a no show! Such a wonderful young lady overcoming a rubbish situation. Bar lady, chef, waiter, cocktail hostess with the mostess. Thank you for making my evening.

The room was certainly not like the adverts and far from lived up to expectation. OUr family room on the ground floor was very tired, scuffs on most walls, cobwebs in most corners too. The curved shower curtain rail was barely hanging on as well. We were a family of three but only one cup was provided in the room which was strange. The breakfast was reasonable but no black pudding as advertised. Positives were the blackout curtains and the staff. All the staff we friendly and helpful.

Excellent clean , modern building near the quays, shops, bars and restaurants. My second visit due to watching the rugby so will be back next time. Breakfast is excellent nice fresh and cooked to perfection. I had a premium room which has a fridge nice coffee machine just great.

The hotel was clean, quiet and the rooms were comfy and the ac made the room a comfortable temp. Tea and coffee available and top ups available at reception. Very family friendly. The hotel location is fantastic lots to do on the doorstep at the docks. Lots of places to eat and drink locally. Will definitely be staying again.
