The hotel is relatively close to the outlets, though it's still a bit of a walk. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to spread out our luggage! We had fantastic, direct views of Mount Fuji from the hotel. Upon check-in, each person received a complimentary bottle of water and a pumpkin soup. However, the downside is that dining options are quite a distance away, and even convenience stores require a bit of a walk.
