İmkanlar ve yemekler mükemmel.. Çalışanlar çok düzgün ve yardımcı oluyorlar her konuda. Animasyonları eğlenceli. Denize sıfır olması ve üç havuzunun bulunması havuzdaki yoğunluğu engelliyor Her havuz başı bari var bu da her dakika serin kalmanızı sağlıyor Yemekler ve seçenekler mükemmel en sevdiğim kısmı o oldu istediğim sevdiğim her yemeği bulabildim açık büfenin hakkını vermişler. Bundan sonra bodrumdaki tek otelim derim çok memnun kaldık eşimle teşekkür ederiz

Parkim Ayaz Hotel was the perfect getaway – clean, comfortable rooms, amazing beachfront location, and a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I’d 100% recommend it and can’t wait to return!

İlk defa geldiğim bu hotelden çok memnun kaldım.Hotelin bütün çalışanları çok güler yüzlü yaklaştı. Yemekleri taze ve güzeldi. Organizasyon anlamında çok ilgili ve güzel işler yapıyorlar. Özellikle hotelin organizatörü özge hanım çok ilgili davrandı. Kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim gümbetin en iyi hoteli.

Первый день немного подпортил общее впечатление (( мы приехали в 8, заселение только в 14, мы очень просили нас заселить раньше, потому что очень устали после ночного перелета, но нас как будто не слушали. Мы конечно позавтракали, но когда захотели переодеться и хотя бы искупаться- оказалось комната с чемоданами так забита ими, что наших даже не было видно(((( Пришлось просто сидеть в баре еще 4 часа до заселения(((( мы очень попросили номер потише и нам как бы специально дали номер прямо около бассейна, где была анимация))) ну в принципе шум нам не очень сильно мешал спать. Номер очень небольшой, кровати узкие, я пару раз чуть не упала, когда переворачивалась….. набор мыло гель шампунь отсутствует ((( только одно маленькое мыло и в душе гель в коробочке на стене(( никакого шампуня, кондиционера, зубного набора нет…. Хотя отель 4* Пляж и ресторан - это то что просто идеально в этом отеле!!! Вход в море справа очень удобный, лежаки свободные есть- в отличие от бассейнов (( Ассортимент еды в ресторане был прекрасным!! Все очень вкусное, всегда было в наличие!! Ну и расположение отеля идеально !!!! Приеду сюда еще раз обязательно)) но хотелось бы видеть улучшения !!

Cozzy bar barmenler(emir bro özellikle), omlet yapan dost, animatörrler, kaydırak bardaki sabahcı hanımefendi, etrafı temizleyen yabancı arkdaşlar, hepinize teşekkür ederim. Çok iyiydiniz. Yemekleri de çok güzel, denize yakın ve tatlı bi otel. Resepsiyondakis minik adama da selamlar.

İlk günden bu güne özenli müşteri seçimi kendi kalitesini her zaman belli ediyor zaten ama bu sezon animasyon ekibine ayrıca teşekkürler özge hanımın su sporlarındaki hareketliliği Yılmaz beyin dart oyunlarındaki enerjisi inanın çok güzeldi ailenizle keyifle gelip tatil yapabileceğiniz yediğiniz içtiğinizi gönül rahatlığı ile tüketebileceğiniz bir yer. Ama her şeyden önce otelin hijyeni çalışan kalitesi gerçekten çok güzeldi odalarımız her gün aynı saatlerde temizlenip bizlere hizmet vermekte.

Bardzo dobry hotel jedzenie pyszne i bardzo duży wybór,na śniadanie omlety robione na zamówienie. No po prostu jeszcze z taką obsługa i ilością jedzenia się nie spotkałam. Lody na gałki dostępne cały dzień. Ramazan to najlepszy kelner mówi trochę po polsku. Na terenie hotelu jest bardzo zielono. Jedyny minus to trochę mały basen no i malał leżaków które są już bardzo wcześnie zajęte, ale na plaży jest ok. Leżaków bardzo dużo. Pokoje bardzo duże chociaż najlepiej brać pokój nie w głównym budynku, bo z drugiej strony ulicy jest nocne życie więc nie da się spać do 2 w nocy. Ale tak jestem mile zaskoczona i możliwe jeszcze tam wrócę.

Absolutely amazing....great staff great service great food....exceeded our expectations...had 7 days of sheer relaxed chilled bliss I would highly recomend this hotel...it was a joy to stay...so much so we didnt want to go home!! The staff friendliness helpfullness welcoming was the best ever.... a great big thankyou to.each and every member of staff So see you next year my friends you made our holiday very special❤️x❤️

Stayed with 2 of my friends for 5 nights here at Parkim Ayaz. Stayed here through Jet2 holidays and paid just over £2000 for 3 of us. First and foremost I will pinpoint the positives and negatives Positives -Staff in reception are very polite and welcoming and will do anything for you. -Reception area is spotlessly clean and lovely and cool and air conditioned. -Food in the hotel is amazing and very good quality especially for an all inclusive, always had a lot of variety on different days so you weren’t always eating the same kind of thing. - 3 different pools to go in and also right close to the beach. -Drinks were very good and the efes on draught was spot on. -Location of this hotel is superb and close to practically everything in Gumbet. (Anyone venturing out please be careful around the bars near the hotel as we got nearly set up on by a Turkish girl trying to get drinks off us and didn’t speak a word of English and tried ordering at the bar off our bill when we never agreed. Cool breeze bar next to the hotel is the best bar and chico there always had time to talk to you and make you feel welcome). -My room 1943 was lovely and spotless and very quiet and had a lovely view of the pool at Bubbles area. -Hotel grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Negatives -My friends room 1942 however wasn’t as good and had a view of a staircase with bars on like you was in a prison cell and people could see into your room or see you on your balcony and also guests were leaving their plates on the balcony which was disgusting and basically think that anyone should not be staying in a room like this when paying good money. Also the single bed was very squeaky and the board underneath wasn’t in properly hence the loud squeaking noise. -Getting a sunbed is practically impossible unless you want to get up at 5am which is not what you want to do on a relaxing holiday. Also people with towels on sun beds at 2.30am, staff should be policing this as it will put a lot of people returning, it’s so wrong. Loads of sunbeds all unoccupied throughout the day with nobody on them, paying guests should be entitled to a sunbed. All in all more positives than negatives but the negatives really do need addressing as this will put people off coming here again but overall we really enjoyed our stay here but the sunbed situation really needs sorting!

My experience was very mixed. Firstly did not receive the standard pool/garden view room that we had paid for but one of the promo rooms I had read about and wanted to avoid as no view and very small. Also air con never worked properly for our stay. I had also emailed the hotel before we visited to request a ground floor room and this was ignored. We asked to be moved but were told this wasn’t an option as the hotel was full. The location is wonderful and we loved the Cozzy pool but as others have said it is crazy having to get up before 7am to get a sun lounger! Everyone was friendly and plenty of food and drink choice. We specifically liked the A la carte Italian restaurant that we visited on the last night of our stay. Wonderful service and it’s great that you get a visit there as part of the all inclusive package. I would be nervous about returning as room and its location were terrible and I really hated the struggle to get a sun lounger by any of the three pools and it’s such a shame really as the hotel itself and location in the centre of Gumbet are lovely.

This was an amazing family holiday and thanks to the service from the hotel just making things easier. The hotel is always clean, rooms are clean, staff are so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome on what must be long tiring shifts for them. Food was also amazing with a great choice each day. Big shout out to Vahap! Bahran! You work your socks off! You are wonderful and we will be back to visit soon. Thanks . Gee.

We went with Jet 2 holidays and paid £1500 extra for two large rooms with two double beds as per Jet 2 Web site . We arrived at 2am the room smelt musty and was nothing like the Web pictures we complained strait away. The next morning we were told the hotel did not do the rooms we had paid for. I asked for the Jet 2 rep who arrived within 20 min , she found rooms advertised on the Web, went to reception and was told they did not do those rooms. These are still being advertised on there Web page (I've just checked). I won't name jet2 rep but she was fantastic and arranged a transfer of hotel.

Had a lovely 4 night stay the first night was awful got allocated room 1942 the room was fine and clean the view was horrendous, your balcony is an internal view looking at a wall with the staircase right in front of you so people are literally walking right in front of you going to their rooms the only view to the front through iron railings were of cast away fridges and air conditioning units which have been discarded from rooms spoke to reception immediately they said the hotel was fully booked and to call reception in the morning in fairness they called our room at 9am and offered us an alternative room which had a far better view we had paid extra to not have an internal view but obviously we hadn’t unpacked then had to change rooms and then had to unpack losing half a day of our short break, getting a sunbed round the pool is virtually impossible good look with that one we ended up using another hotels pool further down were we bought breakfast and drinks so that we could use their pool and sun loungers it was called naga beach hotel ask for A.J he will look after you, positives hotel clean and tidy all staff great fantastic food great location i would not return due to the fact that I go on holiday to relax and do not want to get up at 5am to reserve a sun lounger why don’t you remove towels from sun loungers that aren’t occupied for hours on end it’s a massive put off for holiday makers
