We spent only one short night at Novotel Guwahati. The check-in was efficient. The staff were very kind. The room was comfortable but needed better ventilation in the bathroom. The breakfast was SPECTACULAR!!!!!

We stayed for one night. Hotel is convienently located in GS road.

The hotel is good but we can’t compare this hotel with 5star property of equivalent category. I enjoy the stay . I would simply say it’s good.

Service we received from Security and valet was very good Front desk not upto the mark they were not welcoming and not friendly even though its our second visit, checking in even after we have already booked one more room for our family member they said "there is no such name in their booking list" inspite the rooms were all booked in the same name a day before plus no bell boy was provided during check out. Restaurant service during breakfast was very good and all the staff was so sweet and very friendly. Housekeeping was very good too and helpful but there was a stain on the pillow in room no. 606. Room service was good

Very good hotel and good staff. Rooms were clean and for was good. Room was spacious too. Price was bit higher but accomodation was very good.

Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.

It was an awesome experience stay ***** with very well behaved staff.

Reasonably good hotel with good staff . Roof top swimming pool and roof top bar is good. Rubina in the multi cuisine restaurant was very helpful. They have a multi cuisine restaurant is good. Location and check in was good. I recommend this hotel.

I really liked the services provided by nov hotel. Very very kind and polite staff members. The rooms were clean, bathroom tidy and food was good. I had an amazing stay. I would also like to mention Miss Kikru, who was very thoughtful and hospitable. She made sure that our stay was comfortable and happy. Would like to thank her for being so wonderful to me and my colleagues. Kudos to the entire nov hotel team for all the hardwork and effort which goes unnoticed. Thank you very much for having us. Would love to come really soon.

The food is very good. The chef has done some amazing job. The staff is really friendly and approachable especially fardin. Wish to visit soon. The property is very pretty, neart and clean. The cleaners have done commendable job. I love it. Thank you so much for having us.
