ممستخدم نزيلWe are happy to stay in doubletree … the room is clean and good fit with family and kids… also our room can see the fireworks…. And I checked with front desk, all the rooms can view the fireworks. I definitely will come back to this hotel again.

JJoyful SoloI recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive to downtown and the Falls.
The room was spacious but quite dated, with older cabinets, carpets, towels, and common areas like the lobby and elevators. However, the hotel was clean, which made up for the aging facilities.
The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water kettle, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided.
The reception staff were polite and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room rate was very affordable, and it included a buffet breakfast with hot food, which was a nice bonus.
Overall, despite the dated appearance, the value for money and cleanliness make it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers. No major complaints.

The hotel is conveniently situated near both Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls, offering stunning views of the latter. Additionally, its proximity to the ****** and a shopping mall further enhances its appeal. We found the Italian restaurant's cuisine to be excellent, and the staff, both in the restaurant and throughout the hotel, were consistently helpful and friendly.

ممستخدم نزيلLoved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!

AADELLINAFirst time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.

ممستخدم نزيلThe receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didn’t like the fact we questioned it. I’m pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us.
Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs.
You can’t access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed.
Walls are dated, floors are updated.
Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point.

TTati11We stayed for just one night upon our arrival from Toronto, as we were unable to secure additional days at another hotel. The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was also roomy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection with self-service options and standard choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
