The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the central train station and within walking distance to all the city's popular attractions. The room layout is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide range of dining options. The service and staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming! We especially enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, which was open until 10pm, allowing us to enjoy dinner at the end of a day of sightseeing, and the food was delicious. We ate in the restaurant three times during our three night stay at the hotel, as the food was really excellent and the very professional staff there, Carina, was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Carina!

Very nice and welcoming staff! Nice wait staff in the restaurant too. Nice little room. Would definitely come back! The wellness area was a bit pricey for an add on but really nice and chill when quiet! I just would have liked a staff member there to manage noise and groups as I wanted to go on my last night but it was very overcrowded with loud intimidating groups. The location was pretty good, out of the centre but very accessible by tram.

يقع الفندق في موقع مميز، مقابل متجر ستوكمان. توجد محطة ترام أمام الفندق مباشرةً، توصلك مباشرةً إلى محطة القطار الرئيسية أو إلى محطة الرحلات البحرية على بُعد بضع محطات فقط. يضم الفندق مطعمًا وبارًا خاصين به، ولكنه مغلق يوم الأحد للأسف. تفتقر بعض غرف الطابق السفلي إلى نوافذ، وتتطلب بعض الغرف في الخلف مصعدًا للنقل ومسيرة طويلة عبر الردهة، لذا تأكد من السؤال. خلال إقامتي التي استمرت يومين، قابلت العديد من النزلاء الذين لم يتمكنوا من العثور على غرفهم. مرافق الفندق ونظافته ممتازة، وكذلك تصميم الغرف. تُعد غلاية الماء داخل الغرفة ومجموعة واسعة من الشاي والقهوة جذابة بشكل خاص للمسافرين من شرق آسيا. الإفطار سخي ومتنوع، مثالي لمن يفضلون المأكولات الغربية. ركوب مصعد عمره يقارب 90 عامًا تجربة رائعة، هاها.

The room we were assigned does not have a window. So, no natural light nor air. It has a huge column in the middle (1 meter of diameter), reducing the free movement in it. Very uncomfortable. In addition, there was no television, but a beamer with a big screen (no instructions to use available). All in all, the bedroom was clean but far from the standards one expects in this type of 4-star hotels. We arrived very late at night for the check-in at the reception and we were not asked or informed about these room conditions. We did not request the change of room as it was so late and we were tired after a very long trip.

Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price. The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge. We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.
