It is a gorgeous place to spend your days by the pool or relaxing after a long day at the parks. And if you love walks by the water, or even fishing, there is a huge lake with direct access from the community. It has also many shopping stores and restaurants nearby. This home has a large master bedroom with en-suite. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds and a toddler bed to accommodate the children. It has a fully equipped kitchen for those nights you'd like to spend at home. The pool area has a large lanai for the whole family to enjoy. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.*** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool. Shortly after the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email asking for the full names of the guests staying at the property, a picture of the ID of the primary guest, a selfie of the primary guest holding the ID, and our onlne registration form. We will need you to complete the full registration process so that we can create your door code and send it to you together with some our check-in instructions.
