We stayed at the bungalows and found the staff to be warm and friendly. The food in the restaurant is good and the breakfast included with the room has lots of choice from Vietnamese to European style. Lovely kind staff and the best coconut coffee we ve tried so far in Vietnam.

Bon hôtel (belle chambres, lits confortables, très propre) et bon emplacement à l’écart de la ville mais à 2 pas à pied. Personnel très attentif et attentionné. Tous les services. Malheureusement beaucoup de travaux autour derrière l’hôtel. Toute la baie est en travaux jusqu’en 2026… nous avons demandé de changer de côté malgré la vue sur la plage par peur du bruit des travaux. Nous avons réussi à dormir sans problème malgré ce contexte particulier.

An absolutely wonderful hotel! The views are the best you can hope for on Cat Ba Island. In the evenings, people come to the hotel’s restaurant to watch the sunset. The stunning view of the karst mountains and the sea is breathtaking. The atmosphere at the hotel is cozy and warm, and the staff has been extremely helpful. Breakfast is included in the price. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is just a short distance from Cat Ba town. Excellent value for money!

Accueil chaleureux et sympathique par la dame de la réception Chambre « bungalow » propre et spacieuse Petit déjeuner varié et copieux avec vue sur la baie Ils nous ont loué des scooters, pas terribles mais tres pratiques qui nous ont permis de faire le tour de la ville le soir, et une grande balade dans l’île et le parc naturel le lendemain

The views from the rooms and restaurants are excellent! My favourite view in Cat Ba... Accommodation is good value for money... Restaurant service could improve. Overall, would definitely recommend for well priced location and views!!

We met some friends for drinks here. The service from the staff was woeful. They were all hanging out with each other chatting and on their phones all evening. Every single time we wanted a round of drinks we had to find one of them and ask them. It’s such a beautiful location and it’s such a shame the staff were so poor.

The resort had a fire in 2022 and much has been rebuilt. We stayed in a VIP room in October when it was quiet. The views were worth a million dollars but the price was comparable to many other hotels in town. The managers were friendly, helpful and gave us some great local information that made our time there so much more than expected. The menu options were not extensive but delicious and breakfast was good with wonderful views overlooking the harbour, fishing boats and sea eagles. Pool table. Some noise from the karaoke in the evening but it finished by 10. A great place to relax in the mornings and take in the views.

A great location to view the beach and nightlife. Staff are friendly and lovely - excellent service, flavoursome food. Besides, we has order grilled squid - it’s very very fresh😍😍 We will come back soon🥰The hotel in the same system is also very beautiful High recommend this place 😌😌

Didn’t stay at the hostel but ate at the restaurant. The service was so bad. There was 5 people sitting around on their phones when we wanted to order. We had to go up to the bar just to order. End up only getting two pineapple juices which then took 15 minutes and we were the only people there. I would avoid
