Phenomenal stay! We spent 2 nights in the Hime room at the end of April 2025, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed. The service was exceptional—someone greeted us at the gates to carry our bags, and we were escorted straight to our room where check-in was done. We were offered a welcome drink and dessert, which was a lovely touch. The mini fridge was stocked with a great selection of beverages, including wine, beer, sparkling wine, tea, juice, and sparkling water. We had both dinner and breakfast in our room, and the meals were excellent. The dinner did take a bit longer than we expected, but that’s just because we typically prefer a quicker meal. The staff went above and beyond to help us—arranging bus times, assisting with booking a taxi, and quickly fulfilling our requests for a humidifier, memory foam pillow, and supplies for a sprained ankle. The room was very clean, well maintained, spacious, and stunning. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the room and onsen and wished we could've spent longer there.
