"In a campsite, the surrounding area is very convenient, with shops and supermarkets. The kitchen in the cabin is fully equipped and the sanitary conditions are OK. There were many kangaroos and parrots flying around. It's basically a self-service model with no service. The check-in time marked by Ctrip is wrong, and the staff gets off work at 17:00. But I left the key, so it's very convenient to check in by yourself."
"Was surprisingly good for the price.
Rooms are large and clean. Shower head is the huge rainfall one. Water was nice and hot
Heated blanket on bed with an aircon unit in the room. Has a TV as well.
Overall the staff were really nice and I’d rate this 4/5 for motels. Would recommend the ‘superior’ rooms. Loved this place overall"
"The friendly welcome really stood out. The room was clean and basic. The bed was very comfortable and a great selection of pillows. The gardens are vast and the location is amongst trees. A very enjoyable stay."
"The environment is very beautiful, the animals are at the feet; the backyard has kangaroos. Chickens, peacocks, sheep and other animals are also raised. Great for a holiday!"
"Facilities: Not bad, average, very simple and primitive
Hygiene: Not bad, just a spider web
Environment: OK. There are really kangaroos walking around.
Service: OK
If it is not a 24-hour front desk, you must pay attention to the latest check-in time. It is OK. No major flaws. The price is very touching. Really."
"The reviews does not justify this place. The hotel is old but in terms of cleanliness and comfort of bed is spot on! Location is very ideal too if you are planning to visit Boroka Lookout and McKenzie Falls."
"Really loved my stay at NRMA Halls Gap!! It’s really clean! They even had heated beds, but one side is unplugged, without a plug nearby.
There’s a car lot available right beside the villa. Makes unloading our stuff really easy and accessible."

Amazing
GGuest UserUnexpectedly comfortable! The room is spacious, the kitchenware is complete, and the bedding is comfortable. It is so comfortable to enjoy the massage chair and bathtub after climbing the mountain! There are often dozens of ducks playing in the small pond outside the French window, kangaroos jumping on the lawn from morning to night, and flocks of parrots and beautiful birds.
杜杜Very cute cabin, a separate house. We live on the 6th, the most inside. It seems that we were staying at the hotel that day. The kitchen is fully equipped but there is no dishwasher. The washing machine is more old-fashioned, but it is not automatic. I found it after more than an hour. . . There is no dryer, this is not good. There is a small swing at the door, and the children are very happy. A lot of windy parrots outside the door, flying around and screaming. There are also many kangaroos jumping around.
GGenya2kI stayed 3 nights but easily could stay the whole week there. Well-equipped kitchen, laundry (paid), clean bathrooms, free parking, and I was lucky to stay alone in my dorm room.
YYeoArrived late and it was easy as they left the keys and instructions at the reception. Cabin was clean. Appliances are ok except they have this tiny TV which is really outdated. Would be great if they a separate air-conditioning unit in the bedroom instead of just one in the living area. It was quite noisy and should upgrade. as a one night stay it was ok but would have to consider if staying longer.
NNgWas a comfortable stay in a good location. Service was perfect. Only thing to improve was location of heater - too far away from toilet hence a bit too cold after the shower. Otherwise, a good stay :)
GGuest UserWe arrived during check in time to find the office unattended and another traveller trying to contact them by phone.
After a 15 minute wait someone came to the office. They checked us in but when we went to the room and opened the door there was a very surprised man in there who had also been given this room.
Another phone call and wait time for staff to return and sort out another room. We finally got there but after a long drive and both wanting to use the bathroom we found there was no toilet paper in the room.. that took another 2 phone calls and about 15 minutes to sort out.
I booked this accommodation because it has a swimming pool. I went to use the pool to find it was locked and after another call was told that they think the filter is broken. Nothing on their information said the pool was not available and it appears it has been that way for a while.
We loved the location and I'd probably stay there again.. I'll just be prepared for the lack of quality service. We didn't let it spoil our stay..
