The accommodation environment is clean, the staff service is excellent, the French cuisine dinner is rich, the ingredients are of high quality and delicious, the activities of this trip are arranged just right, and it is worth recommending

We had a great time, but our expectations were a little disappointed. You need to understand that you will not spend 3 days and 2 nights in a luxury room on board a beautiful ship, sliding between rocky cliffs. It's not like that. It's designed a little differently. The ship is in a bay, to which you are taken for about 1 hour on a small boat with wooden benches, and the same is the return trip. Then, you refuse to go on board, the journey begins. But you will only go 1.5-2 km on a luxury ship, enjoying the views and that's it. The cruise is over. The ship drops anchor in another bay. You will also be taken to all other activities on small, less comfortable boats. That is, this is not a cruise, but a floating hotel. The Executive Suite with an excellent view and a balcony is located at the tail, so while moving it is very noisy and smells strongly of diesel fuel. The sheets in the Suite were torn, the floors were dusty, the robe had shoe prints. Well, not the declared 5th visit, let's say. The food is a solid 3*. Everything is delicious, but there is no variety. We felt like a welcome guest when communicating with Dian, who answered all questions and was always there, even accompanied us on one of the excursions. The bay is amazing!

We had a memorable and exceptional stay at Paradise Elegance. From reservation, transport service, check-in process was seamless. Lunch buffet and Dinner was perfect, Vegan-vegetarian option is also available. We are are traveling for a wedding anniversary & birthday celebration, and we appreciated the efforts of Paradise Elegance in accomodating our special requests during our stay. Filipino staffs impecabble hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, the combination of delicious food, excellent service and warm ambiance made our stay at Paradise Elegance unforgettable.

If you’re looking for a mid-sized cruise with traditional decor and something unique, this should be suitable. There are so many cruise options to choose from and we had no regrets choosing V’Spirit for our anniversary trip. Friendly staff, decent food (esp the fried spring rolls I had for the set dinner as an alternative to squid cake) and lovely room. Oh but the bathtub is more for show - would have taken forever to fill it up 😅 Thankfully the shower was great.

Well organised and all activities included in pricing! Great sized room. Note: main pool gets heated approaching 5 pm and hinders the heat to bath tubs / showers. I was excited to have my first hot bath in years however missed the opportunity. Plan it around the pool heating. Lovely styling throughout. Bar staff need some training on cocktail making

I recently had the pleasure of sailing through Ha Long Bay with Dora Cruise as Doria Cruise not able to complete it time, but the company helped to transferred and provide some discount and it was an unforgettable experience! The Dora cruise ship was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They transferred us to the Executive Suite, with its spacious luxury and stunning views of the emerald waters. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They beautifully decorating our suite with flowers for my birthday, making it feel like a real celebration. And if that wasn't enough, they even surprised me by also presented me with a delicious birthday cake during dinner, complete with candles and singing! It was such a lovely touch and made my birthday truly special. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all dietary needs. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of activities (kayaking, swimming, visiting caves) and relaxation time. Ha Long Bay's breathtaking scenery left us in awe. Overall, I highly recommend Dora Cruise for an exceptional Ha Long Bay experience! Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to making every guest feel special are truly exceptional.

Very good service and friendly staff. Good worth for the price. Was a little let down to not be able to kayak the Dark and Bright Cave. The transfer service was great and member of staff on the bus ride was super friendly and helpful. He was kind enough to help us book our last night stay in a hotel in Hanoi.

The cruise was excellent. We loved our triple room with a balcony. The beddings were very soft and immaculately clean and smelled good. Our tour guide Mr. Lam is very attentive to all the guests' needs. He is an all-around guy from reception, waiter, tour guide, and assistant cruise manager. His English is good, very informative and funny, too. He took great pictures of all thd guests in the most iconic spots. Very highly recommended.
