Hotels in Bai Chay, Ha Long

This room is really great. First of all, the bed is spacious and comfortable, so that people can relax completely as soon as they lie down. Secondly, the cleanliness and comfort of the room impressed me, and there were almost no problems with mosquitoes, so that I could enjoy my journey with peace of mind. In addition, the air conditioning equipment in the room is effective, no matter how hot the weather outside, I can enjoy the cool temperature in the room. Overall, it was a great stay experience and I will definitely recommend this room to my friends.

The hotel is located on a small island next to Halong city. Only a 5-10 minute ride from the check in building on the mainland. The hotel offers this free shuttle ferry running every 20 minutes from and to the island. The hotel has nice facilities and very nice landscape. The only drawback is the cleanliness of the room. I feel the room is not clean enough and not matching the 5-star tag and the price we paid. The breakfast is really good with a lot of variety of foods to choose from.

The hotel itself was great - clean, big and luxurious rooms - but may be better to wait until all the repairs are completed to enjoy the 2 swimming pools, fitness centre and even the hotel room balcony. Some distance away (but walkable) from Sun World entrance but since we were looking for a relaxing stay, we were good where we are with a nice view of the bay and the cable cars crossing over the water.

Very good quality hotel. Clean and comparable to a decent 5-star hotel chain. Excellent amenities including sky bar, rooftop pool, spa, gym. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were helpful throughout. Bai Chay is a good location for booking a sightseeing cruise to the HaLong Bay islands as the boat harbour is close by. There are many restaurants and local shops adjacent to the hotel, although not much regards western-type restaurants or bars. Overall great value for the price 👍

The rooms are clean, the equipment is simple and stylish, but the breakfast is really too simple and there is nothing to eat. In this day and age, people still use instant coffee. There is a coffee cup on the table. Do you have to take the cup to the dining counter to pour the coffee yourself? A bit weird. Fortunately, the restaurant waiters were friendly and diligent.

Wonderful 2 nights stay at the DelaSea hotel. What I enjoyed most was the staff as they were all so caring and helpful. Highly professional. From the reception with Hoa taking special care of me not to mention ”Alice” and the others. Same at the restaurant. From the manager to the supervisors to the staff. I can't name them all here but they made my stay very special. Food was really good. Staff attention was ”phenomenal”. The room was great (I got one on the top floors facing the bay) and despite being a very noise sensitive person I slept very well. No loud music noise (it was on a weekend early November). The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was not noisy though very efficient. Good shower. I did not use the swimming pool but it looked great. By the way I was told that taking photos from the bay at sunset from the swimming pool is ”the thing to do” :) I can only praise the staff and the management for the wonderful hospitality even when super busy with big groups (which was the case during my stay). Based on my personal experience I definitely highly recommend the DelaSea hotel and it will be my choice next time I am in Ha Long.

I was there for 3 days. In General service is good. Staff is nice. Room is really big and clean. noise canceling is excellent. I can’t hear anything even the hotel located near a bar. Minus: bathtub not really clean. Breakfast is not suitable with Asian.

Vietnam's development speed is almost in sync with the motherland. I experienced the local customs and culture of Vietnam in person. It was great! The hotel room was very good! The girl at the front desk was very gentle and could speak Chinese. In fact, the consumption in Vietnamese cities is not low (taxis are a bit chaotic), but other things are okay.

I am very satisfied with the facilities and the friendliness of the staff. The indoor cleanliness is very high. However, it is disappointing that the swimming pool is not open at night. It is far from the beach.
