"The hotel is in the Old Quarter. It's next to Saint Joseph Cathedral. I like this hotel because it is clean. It has an elevator and a 24 - hour front desk service. The staff are friendly. They change your towels every day and clean your room, but they won't touch your stuff.

Well located - you can access to anything you need. Very friendly stafd. The second room I was offered was way better - bigger than the first room. I definitely recommend it !!!

The staff is friendly and show a fairly good hospitality. They are willing to open the door at mid night if you spontaneously wanna have night food.
The room I booked was not as same as the photos.
The location is 2 mins walking from it to Hanoi Big Church.

The location is great! You can literally just walk and explore the city with ease. The train street is only a 10-minute walk and the manager and staff are really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
It got me really excited too cause it’s cheap for such room.

Amazing staff and location. Close to the St Joseph cathedral but put of the noise. A nice 10 min walk from old quarter and the lake. The room was perfect.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and the room was clean. The location is very central to the old quarter but not too loud or busy
