It was a lovely stay at Fraser Suites. The staff was very helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. Close to West Lake and old quarter. Nice breakfast. The pool only has a few lounge chairs and some afternoons we couldn't find a chair to lounge by the pool.

整體不錯，樓下有很多餐廳，還有超市。打車的話，酒店會幫叫。去機場30分鐘車程。沒有訂早餐，感覺周圍很多吃的，不用吃酒店的早餐。 房間乾淨，服務員很熱情。 總體超預期

Treated myself with a little staycation to avoid busy work life, and I had nice time staying here. It’s cozy and has home-like vibes. Lots of room and amenities to use. Great for family stay!!!

Fraser Suites Hanoi is a high level service apartment and executive hotel rooms & amenities Pool on rooftop + ground floor , gym and garden are very nice. Breakfast is excellent with a large choice and a very good service. Highly recommended for a stay in an upscale property in Hanoi 👍

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy, and the breakfast had a decent variety of options. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially if the value and quality remain consistent.

One of the best hotel in Tay Ho west lake area, it’s conveniently located with plenty of restaurants and massage shops within walking distance. Hotel is modern, newly renovated, clean and equipped with a microwave and washer/dryer. Highly recommended.
