The location is very strategic, but it also means noisy streets at night. So, it is not recommended for those who easily wake up by noise like me. The hotel has laundry service at a very reasonable price too (60k VND per kg). Leave your clothes to the counter staff, and collect them at night. But you must check with the hotel staff timely to see if they really send your clothes for laundry. If not, they might have missed sending it and you won't get back your clothes at night.

Booked it for day use before we catch the night train to Sapa. Rather convenient and other things were within 15mins walking distance. However, I was mislead to think that they had free airport transfer. It should be clearer in the instructions if its paid.

Good location in the old quarter, good hotel services and loved the breakfast!

Good location. Breakfast is alright. Rooms and toilet are clean.

房間偏小了一點，但衞生還可以，服務人員滿熱情的，衹是手續麻煩了點，建議早餐改成自助的，避免客人不熟悉，免費的食品點多了浪費
