La plage est en dehors de l’hôtel, il te laisse pas ramener a manger avec toi , tu es obligé de consommer sur place

L'hôtel est excellent, les chambres, la nourriture et le personnel,le seul point négatif c'est la pension complète, vous avez le droit aux trois service, petit déjeuner, midi et soir,sinon au bar et à la plage tout est payant.

"Un séjour inoubliable grâce à un personnel remarquable" J’ai passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans cet établissement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et bienveillance. Chaque membre du personnel s’est montré d’un professionnalisme exemplaire, toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible. Les services étaient impeccables, les lieux d’une propreté irréprochable, et chaque détail semblait pensé pour le confort des clients. On ressent vraiment l’implication de toute l’équipe pour offrir une expérience de qualité. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur dévouement. If you don’t mind very clean but dated rooms or eating continental food then this is a true gem. Special shout out to egg chef Lofty who is a big softy, though you would not think it The staff are very friendly, the pool is excellent, might be a bit cold out of season. Prices for drinks both in and out of hotel is good. Area on first appearance is run down but the New medina is 5 mins walk away and is vibrant with the added bonus of the Rovers Return, if you fancy a drink and chat with ex pats that run it. I’m told they do a good Sunday lunch if that’s your thing. Almost opposite the hotel is a local cafe, coffee, soft drink and excellent flat bread or panini’s £8 for 2. It’s not everyone’s choice but VFM it is excellent, we were HB not sure I would want AI.

I am a 74 year old solo traveller, and I had a terrible experience at the Florapark Hotel, this hotel is promoted as a 4 star hotel. I booked a full board + plus holiday! When booking the holiday the travel agent told me that the full board plus was soft drinks with my meals, this suited me just fine! On arrival none of the staff helped me with my luggage! I was slightly earlier arriving for 2pm check in and I was told that I could go and get lunch in the hotel restaurant.....I had to pay for my lunch and my soft drink, and this left me pretty baffled as I was there on a full board basis! I decided to ask the hotel manager (who was extremely cold & unwelcoming) what the full board plus entailed..... He told me that includes the use of the pool area, the restaurant, the gym! and all the hotels immensities! When I explained to him that I was told that the full board plus was all meals including sort drinks he dismissed the matter and point blank said that I would have to pay for any soft drinks, tea and coffee in the hotel! This hotel is promoted as a 4* star hotel but is more like a 2*star at a push! My bedding got changed once after I requested it be changed, my bedroom had many faults eg. Drawer cupboard bottoms sliding out! Door knobs hanging off, the hotel is badly needing a revamp, my balcony looked onto a wall, it was a terrible experience all around. The morning came to check out and the nightshift staff were prompting me to tip them, but they had done nothing for me, and when I said that I had no money left, they said well you go outside and wait, I felt again extremely disappointed, and once again I got dismissed from the staff...... My transfer arrived to take me to the airport and no one helped me with any of my luggage to the bus. This was my twelve time visiting Tunisia, I have always had a warm reception from the hotel staff, I have loved my holidays to Tunisia but my experience at the Florapark hotel was so sickening and disappointing that I'm not sure if I'll return.

I had high hopes for this hotel especially from the pictures, but sadly it didn’t meet expectations. The cleanliness was poor — rooms and common areas unkept. There was absolutely no entertainment on offer, and the location is quite remote with nothing of interest nearby. The food was another major disappointment. It was the same every day, with very little variety or excitement in the meals. It quickly became boring and unappetizing. The one saving grace of this hotel was the staff. They were truly lovely — always polite, helpful, and doing their best to make guests feel welcome. It’s just unfortunate that the rest of the experience didn’t match their efforts.

Je me permets de vous adresser cette réclamation suite à mon arrivée aujourd'hui dans votre établissement. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été déçue par l'accueil et l'état de la chambre. En effet, il manquait de nombreux éléments essentiels, et la chambre manquait de vie et de confort. De plus, j'ai dû chercher seule ma chambre après que la réceptionniste m'ait simplement indiqué la direction, sans aucune assistance. Le chemin était long, et devant la porte de ma chambre, il y avait des matelas entreposés, ce qui donnait une impression de négligence. Concernant ma réservation en pension complète, il est clairement indiqué que je devrais bénéficier de trois repas par jour. Étant arrivée à midi, il aurait été logique que je commence par le déjeuner, et que mon séjour se termine par le petit-déjeuner le jour de mon départ. Cependant, la réceptionniste m'a informée que je devais commencer par le dîner, ce qui ne correspond pas aux conditions prévues. Enfin, je tiens à signaler que la connexion Internet (wifi) dans ma chambre est de très mauvaise qualité, ce qui est particulièrement gênant. Je vous remercie de bien vouloir prendre en considération ma réclamation et d'apporter les corrections nécessaires. La chambre est degueulasse, déjà il y a 2 lits collés au lieu d’un grand lit double , à la réception ils nous ont dit qu’il fallait proposer cela lors de la réservation! Sachant que nous sommes allés en lune de miel, les draps étaient sales , les oreillers étaient rembourrés avec de l’éponge , il n’y avait pas de couette sur le lit et les serviettes n’en parlons pas! On est parti à la réception pour réclamer ils nous ont dit d’aller dîner d’abord ! Et au restau surprise … il y avait une souris qui se baladait tranquillement ! Le pire c’est que quand on leur a dit on nous a pas cru nous accusant de vouloir causer des problèmes

We have just returned from a 4 day break at the TMK Flora park and have no negative points it was a very good stay in a very clean hotel where the staff could not do any more ,the food was excellent we had breakfast and dinner and had no complaints,the hotel is a short walk to the beach which admittedly could do with a good clean each morning ,the area is quiet and enjoyable to walk around it is very touristy but you shoul know this already ,we stayed in room 300 which was superb as was the housekeeper and all the staff overall an excellent experience .

Lets start with the good - flights and transfer were fine. First impressions of the hotel was good. Staff were friendly and loungers by the pool were comfy. Breakfast was nice too - The chef had great humour and I had a omelette most days. If you don't like eggs, you were pretty stuffed though. Hotel room - Broken balcony door (how this has not been fixed I do not know) - we could have asked to change but we had unpacked by the time we realised. Air con worked but wasn't cold, just blew out room temperature air, even though it was on the coldest setting. We went in May so I can only imagine how hot the room would get any other time of the year. Then the shower, if you can call it that. Hot then cold whenever it felt like it and next to no pressure at all. It was laughable. Food - we were half board. As mentioned breakfast was ok! Dinner though, very bland. Same type of food every night. I lived off rice! We decided to go out one night but found the same - very very bland. Cocktails also not good. Pool - nice pool but what really let it down was the volume of the music. The hotel has a member of staff just to sit and do the music all day. Mixture of music but so loud, unnecessarily loud. If you wanted peace - yeah, good luck! Area - As a whole I was not impressed. Very dirty, beaches also had litter everywhere. Because of this we decided not to have a beach day. With the rules on their currency it meant we had to get money out there. I would really recommend taking cash out with you and exchanging it. Unfortunately we didn't do this and had to find a ATM. If we had the cash originally the hotel would have exchanged it there and then on check in. Everywhere you go people are always trying to get your attention. Friendly, yes but its always to con you into buying something. I really felt the pressure from everyone and in the end, we ended up being a bit rude telling everyone no thank you and not stopping to chat. We made the best out of the holiday but overall, I would not return not only to the hotel, how its a 4 star I will never know but to Tunisia. Shame. I hope writing this will help others as I would have loved to have known this beforehand.

We stayed 10 nights, very disappointed, in need of refurbishment, public areas are clean, rooms not so much, reported several complaints to reception, all dealt with quickly. All fittings need replacing, taps very difficult to operate, shower tap broke off in my hand.all drains blocked. Water leaks from shower. Several lights not working . No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Provided after several requests, two cups ,a few tea bags, no coffee ,sugar ,milk or spoons. Purchased from local shop. Hotel discourages guests from bringing in food and drinks also water. Good selection of food, buffet style.most of it was barely warm, mostly cold. Good selection of fried eggs and fresh omelette made to order. Coffee provided for breakfast was served from out dated machines Luke warm and tasted terrible Microwave is provided in the restaurant to heat the cold food, but was not functional All Inclusive is a joke, one bottle of water provided with evening meal. All other beverages must be paid for at all times Bar man under served spirits, when queried ,denied it aggressively. We ate out several times at various restaurants , all very poor quality. Over all very cheap holiday if that is your only requisite ideal if you want to spend every day by the pool and tan. No real activities in the area, not even descent walks The entire area is just Hotels. Shopping is shocking experience. All shopkeepers try to rip off tourists, we witnessed several horrendous transactions Benidorm is a million times better, not that we would return there. We will never return. We are seasoned travelers. This was our worst experience. Go at your peril
