Comfy hotel located in the center of hanoi old quarter.. within walking distance to point of interest in hanoi. Overall the experience was great!

服務態度很好，其中一個能講中文，把所有的要求注意事項説的很清楚。地段優勢就是吃、購買都很方便

我們在這家酒店度過了一段很棒的經歷。前台的工作人員很友好而且很開朗，她會説中文，她總是幫助我們解決任何問題。房間很漂亮，乾淨，特別是很安靜。早餐很美味。位置非常好，離所有景點都很近。我們會回來並向大家推薦這家酒店。

Convenently located at the Old Quarter. If you do not need to use a gym, it is a good and clean hotel. Wifi is provided, and the breakfast is decent.

還行，在市中心。附近很熱鬧，離景點步行很近

工作人員都滿熱情的，幫忙開門搬運行李，早餐也還可以，就是沒什麼設施，這個價格也i不算很便宜，離景區雖然步行可達，但還是稍微都有點距離，我們去的當天下雨，體感一般，離網紅pho走不到十分鐘

Our room was bright and clean. Bed was comfortable air con was cold. I will return if I ever come back to hanoi again.

旧市街が近く、どこ行くにも徒歩で移動しやすかった！コネクティングスイートに泊まりました。 4つ星のゴージャス感はないですが、毎日清掃もしっかりしてくれて快適でした。 それにホテルは２４時間スタッフがいて親切でした。 マイナス点は、お湯が長い時間出ない…。だんだんぬるくなっていくので急ぎ目で入らないといけませんでした。

離景區不遠、美食很多選擇、前臺服務很貼心、有問題跟他說、會幫忙處理、、退房後、又可以寄放行李、也會幫你叫車、、大致上來說、還不錯

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, close to local attractions and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the common areas were tidy and inviting. While some parts of the property could use a little update, the service and atmosphere made up for it. Would recommend for travelers looking for comfort and good value.
