"The staff was invaluable and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The open plan area is inviting to lounge around and have a drink or bite to eat. The sauna and steam room were great for unwinding after a long trip, and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. The location is not hard to get to, but a long walk from Hayes and Harlington station should you get the Elizabeth line. You would need a taxi or bus to access the hotel."

"Borrowed the car to find the homestay near the airport, in the quiet street behind the bath road, two floors, basically can not hear the sound of the aircraft, the bathroom is shared, I do not know if there is a room with an ensuite. For self-check-in, I didn't receive the check-in email. I went to the address and contacted the service phone directly. After confirming the name, I sent the whatapp to give me the password. The house is decorated in a Nordic style and is simple. The room I got has an open kitchen. There is also a public area downstairs with dining table, sofa, microwave and washing machine. Two cars can be parked at the door of the house, on a first-come, first-served basis. There are also parking outside the street. At 8 o'clock in the morning, two people came to clean. At 9 o'clock, I came to ask when I checked out, because my room was the last room she needed to clean, so I later rested in the public area downstairs. Leave at 11 o'clock, of course, I can also give up the room at 11 o'clock. There seemed to be a lot of people coming to live at night, but they all left early in the morning. A transition is still possible for one night."

Their spirit is gracious. The son—a sharp, soulful thinker—invited me into their world with the warmth of an old friend. The mother, a genius of flow and form, brings an invisible coherence to every corridor. The Yorkshire roast they recommended might be the best I’ve had—and I say that as someone with Yorkshire blood. Staying here was not a hotel experience. It was a chapter in a longer book. And I don’t say that lightly. For those with ”eyes to see”, this is no ordinary accommodation. It is a place where synchronicity meets hospitality, and where thinkers—past and present—might just find their next idea between the walls. This hotel doesn’t need to shout. It whispers, wisely."

"I’ve stayed here a few times, best hotel by Heathrow in my opinion. Comfy beds ( actually had to stop myself from taking the pillow cases as they are so soft and silky) good food and a lovely place to stay before a 13 hour flight. There are cheaper hotels near Heathrow but for the sake of 10-20 pounds it’s 100% worth paying a little bit extra. I also used top cashback when booking so for me it was no more expensive than staying at a premier inn"

"Overall, this hotel is quite nice. The breakfast was excellent value for money, and I was very full afterward. The hotel arranged my room according to the request I sent before my arrival, which was a lovely touch. However, the mattress was dirty, as shown in one of the photos. In addition, the carpet in the room was very old and stained, with many visible marks from spills by previous guests."

"Room is a bit old, but everything is very clean and tidy. Breakfast is good. There’s is no airport shuttle bus, uber is around £1x from airport. Very convenient location. There was a buzzing sound in the room, engineer said it was normal. Told reception, asked if we can change another room. Arranged us to change another room, no buzzing sound anymore."

"It’s a one of the cheaper hotels around so you get what you pay for. I stayed in a double room when I arrived in London and a single room before I left. If you’re travelling solo I highly recommend the single room! It’s much more spacious/nice and the bed is a king single so plenty of room. This double room I stayed in wasn’t great. Something fell out of the tap when I turned it on (possibly built up limescale?), so I was reluctant to drink the water. I went downstairs and there was a manager there that overheard me saying it and gave me 2 big bottles of water which was great. I was keen to order room service after a super long flight, and that feature was part of the reason I booked this hotel, but the phone in the room didn’t work. So I had to eat downstairs at the restaurant (which is quite expensive). There was also no lock on the door (the chain was broken). All in all not the best stay. But like I said, I had a great stay in the single room!"
