Hotel e struttura bellissima. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana. Ci hanno accontentato su qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Era come sentirci a casa. Piscine, bar e ristorante tutti di ottimo livello. I miei figli si sono divertiti. Grazie a tutto il personale gentile e cortese. L’hotel si trova in un paesino in collina, con vista spettacolare. È pieno di locali e taverne. Piacevoli passeggiate serali.

Zeker geen 5 sterrenhotel. Ze denken niet mee. Ik ben een gast in het hotel en ik word behandeld als een last. Als ik iets vraag is het allemaal te veel en te moeilijk. Kom hier zeker nooit meer terug. Personeel is onbeleefd. Jongens die hard werken in het restaurant zijn wel vriendelijk. Eten is ook matig.

Expérience exceptionnelle. Tout est parfait : le calme, l'emplacement, la vue... Le personnel est exceptionnel, tout le monde est au petit soin. Le moindre besoin est pris en compte. Une mention spéciale pour Maria, Giorgios et Adonis ainsi que le personnel du KIO BAR. Ils sont tous disponible et tellement attentionné! Merci A faire absolument

The credit for my wonderful vacation at this hotel goes to the restaurant/kitchen staff, especially Cristos and Stamatis, not only two extraordinary chefs but also two wonderful people. Despite my dietary restrictions, they always provided me with delicious dishes, cooked with love just for me. That's not a given. Thanks to all the restaurant/kitchen staff, everyone was fantastic. As for the hotel management: too rigid (for example, after staying there for 15 days, I was denied the buffet dinner on the 15th day because I had checked out) and generally overpriced (charging a bottle of water for €4.50 isn't fair; it's €9 for lunch and dinner for water, as well as €5 for the hotel-beach shuttle, given that beach loungers cost €10 each and the ot charged us €25). We had yoga in hotel we waited 40 minutes and the teacher didnt arrive. The hotel told us we would make up the cost: they never let us make up the cost. One day, our garden was flooded by water from the upstairs jacuzzi. No excuses. The spa, however, despite the outrageous prices, is good. The staff provides excellent massages. Overall, I find this hotel too expensive and not 5-star. Sometimes common sense ed honesty saves face and costs less. Stefania

Stayed here for 7 nights. I think the hotels a 4 star rating rather than 5. Pros- Adult only pool Quiet layout of hotel on different levels Traditional villages only stone throw away. Recommend the extra hike to Old Herissonis, beautiful and full of lots of traditional taverns. Restaurant staff really friendly! Cons We booked a room with private pool inland view. Pictures on website can be quite deceiving. Yes we did have an individual pool but it was really overlooked. We were in a room of 3 in a row. We did feel it lacked the privacy we were hoping for. Totally overlooked by other rooms. No privacy whatsoever felt as it we were in the same pool. Though yes we knew it was an inland view we were surrounded by 2 overhead walkway bridges to the restaurant and bar so guests constantly walking overhead and peering down. High walls blocking the sun so quite dark at times.Bar could be quite noisey too of an evening. We literally could see the staff pouring drinks from our room(not so private)! We heard a lot of guests complaining that there rooms were not as advertised and to be honest most got fobbed off by reception who are paid to act like a doctor’s receptionist and have an answer for everything.. we overheard them mocking guests that had complained. Would I go back to this hotel, no, I feel unless you stay in the elite or deluxe rooms you will probably be disappointed with your room. It’s overpriced to be honest for what you get and sometimes the waft from the hotel drains is overwhelming.. I think the hotels attitude is we will put guests in the worst rooms and see if they complain rather than trying to succeed expectations which a 5star resort they should be aspiring too..

We stayed her for 10 nights as a family of 4, half board. You can swap lunch or dinner. The hotel is beautiful, really unique and pretty, especially on a night when it is all lit up. The pool area is nice but does get busy. The adult only pool looked nice a quiet. The staff are all so friendly and always smiling, from the waiters to the gardener. The maids are absolutely gems, the room was always spotless, even with 2 teens. The bars nice, with a wide range of drinks, entertainment on daily. The food was good, always a choice of fish/ meat, potato’s and salads. The hotel is in a wonderful area, would definitely recommend Koutouloufari, a charming little village with lots of lovely bars, restaurant and shops. We booked the beach transfer one day, and we hired a car from the hotel for 3 days, which was a similar price to any car rental place. The car park is a little dicey though, as it’s a building site. Our family room consisted of a queen sized bed, and 2 sofa beds. Plenty of room, a hot tub too- however the weather was too warm to make use of it. I would definitely recommend this little gem.
