Phnom Penh Homestays

Haven Inn is a much surprises booking compared to all my previous stay. A budget and simple night lay over booking turns out to be an unknown hidden gems upon check in. All the rooms are thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities supplied (better than most budget hotels), instant water heater works well and with perfect temperature required, complimentary water bottles, some snacks, in-room slippers, fridge, writing table, side bed tables, friendly and personal service by owner of this Haven Inn. Lastly but not the least an homely stay with lots of warm and love. It is an highly Recommeded place for all travellers looking for a good bargain, value for money and a home away from home. Pictures speak a thousand words.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Perfect for families and guests coming to weddings. The only negative point is the sound coming from below when the event room is booked.

The hotel is good, the community is clean and the security is good. There are Chinese restaurants downstairs, so it is very convenient to eat. The cost-effectiveness of the B&B is very high, but if you want to stay there, you need to contact the landlord in advance.

It's an apartment similar to airbnb. Room was OK but there is no coffee or room cleaning service.

The location is OK

Cambodian capital, Urban Village is the “Live” and “Play” components of Urban Hub, with over 800 units in Phase 1 – sold out in less than a year – and over 4,000 units for Phase 2 & 3. Directly adjacent to Urban Village is Factory Phnom Penh, where the “Work” and more “Play” activities take place

The room was spacious and had a kitchen and washing machine, which was very nice. Check-in took a little while due to system issues, but it was a very satisfying one-night stay. I will visit again next time I come to Phnom Penh.

It's an apartment hotel. It's very clean. There's a washing machine for washing clothes and a balcony. It's a river view room. There are food shops downstairs. There's also the largest casino nearby. The customer service guy is also very nice and will respond to any needs. It's next to the Shangri-La Hotel. Very cost-effective

Information flow poorly managed. I believe they weren’t even aware of my booking, I made the booking a week in advance though. It’s self check-in service. Unfortunately I haven’t not received any check-in details in advance. They don’t have a reception desk based at the condo, so I made a few phone calls, but no one pick up. Luckily the condo information desk team was there to pass through my booking information to them. I have waited quite sometimes. Then I was assigned to a random room which had not been cleaned yet. So I complained and they moved me to another room immediately. Overall it’s inconvenient with the check-in service. But the room and facilities are quite acceptable. Although the room looks new, one thing to improve is the cleanliness. Also, I don’t like the smell of the refresher stuff in the room.
