SERENE COZY CABIN nestled in the heart of Bryan, TX. Located just 10 minutes from Kyle Field. This rustic-decorated 1800 sqft cabin, with the modern amenities of home, has everything you need for your perfect getaway. You can sit back and enjoy the view of the trees and small creek while sipping your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine on the expansive back porch. This cabin comfortably sleeps 12, with four bedrooms on the first floor and a loft upstairs with two full beds. The cabin features a beautiful faux fireplace that gives off heat and light, WiFi, a pool table, and a TV for Roku/Streaming ability. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, floss, and travel toothbrushes. The kitchen is stocked and includes a toaster, air fryer, pots and pans, wine bottle opener, dishes, wine glasses, paper towels, utensils, etc. There is a Keurig pot with K-cups, tea cups, and creamers provided. The Keurig also functions as a coffee maker, but please bring your own ground coffee. Guests are also welcome to use a large charcoal grill in the outdoor space (please bring charcoal and lighter fuel) with a large picnic table under the beautiful trees. We provide hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, coffee for the Keurig coffee maker, sugar, sweetener, and creamer for all of our guests. All linens are laundered and sanitized for each new guest. Indulge in our eloquently furnished 6 bedroom historic home with a massive 900 sq. ft covered wrap around porch and a huge EVENT FRIENDLY backyard. A short walk from the bustling and revitalized downtown Bryan area which is home to numerous bars and local eateries. The Kyle House (coffee bistro) is directly across the street. Kyle Field is a quick 6 mile drive from our home. Free downtown game day shuttle is a short walk from the home.All 6 bedrooms of this massive home are on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor you will find our chefs kitchen, dining room containing an oversized dining table with seating for 10 (12 if you like to get cozy).Please note that a small portion of the property is blocked off and designated as office space for our family business. If your stay is on a weekday between 8am-5pm please be aware we will have 1-2 employees at the office until 5pm. They won’t interfere with your stay, and you probably won’t even know they are there. Any photos you see on this listing, you have full private access to. All the 6 bedrooms and the 3 full private bathrooms are upstairs and our employees do not have access up there. I like to be completely transparent about this set up so that it doesn’t come as a surprise. We host numerous stays throughout the year for game days, graduations, weddings and ring days, and we have never had any problems or complaints about this. In fact many guests have really enjoyed being able to run into myself or my husband upon arrival to help show them around. The house is 5,000 sq feet and a bit of a maze as you first get acquainted.
