A lovely team decorated the room for our wedding anniversary. Perfect stay, well done!

The view from the harbour view room was indeed stunning. Room was fairly large and comfortable for a family of 3.  The pool and gym were good. I did not like the location at all. It’s about a 15 min walk from the MTR through two shopping malls. The hotel is on top of a luxury mall and the entrance is hard to find. Basically they assume you arrive by car. The mall is great if you’re looking to buy Prada or Gucci but other than that there is nothing practical like cafes or restaurants in the immediate vicinity.  The hotel is also 50% more expensive than most comparable hotels in the area.

We have a very nice stay at the Conrad Hongkong from the check in process until we checked out. We are very surprised that they have halal options for breakfast and it’s taste very delicious, they also gave us a box of breakfast the last day we checked out early at 4:30 am. Because actually they serve breakfast from 7:30-10:30 am. We are very happy during stay at the Conrad Hongkong hotel.

Great hotel, the decoration is just classy, tho a bit aged. The food is comparable to peers but can be better. Love the minibar selections. Service can be better and more up to date.

Its my second time to stay in this property but my stay is always extraordinary. Place is convenient and close to the MTR. Will surely stay here again.

I had an exceptional stay at the Conrad Hotel Hong Kong. The hotel offers luxurious, spacious rooms with stunning city views and top-notch comfort. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a seamless experience. Dining options were excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays. I look forward to returning!

Excellent location and services. However, the hotel is old, renovation is needed.

If you stay in hk side, the Congrad, being at admiralty subway station , is definitely in the best, if not one of the best location. However, you can see the hotel is aging with our shower drain clogged and hv to change room. Wall paper faded color with dome peeling and electricals not hving latest connections. Tv not able to accept casting from phone or hv Netflix or other apps, etc

Great hotel,  service staff very courteous  An old hotel, water leak from the toilet bowl, service personnel need to pay attention and call to fix it urgently, apart from this, a very comfortable stay

Very good service and good location. The breakfast is also delicious.
