7 min walk from MTR manageable with luggage. Very close proximity to Times Square, shopping district and the mosque canteen. Close to halal food. Swimming pool was closed for party when the kids wanted to swim. Bathtub was huge and nice. We went to Baybo at Causeway Place nearby to play claw machine.

Me and my Family have really amazing pleasant stay! The view from our window is spectacular worth the price!

Terrible check in experience, slow and allowing people to cut line Made a little better with a room upgrade, thanks to the nice lady on reception who could see what a problem and how disorganised the whole process was and how frustrated everyone checking in was getting. Pillows especially way too soft, room although big feels dated. Petty things like double checking signatures for a small deposit took any prestige out of the stay. You have just scanned my passport how can you not trust that I am the person signing? Madness! Much better options in HK

Great location to explore causeway bay, especially there’s a lot of food and shopping nearby.

Everything js good just that the water dispenser in room has a weird taste... Requested for bottled water but to no avail. Would have given full score if that was provided

I suggest upgrading the guest room door lock, as it requires slowly inserting and removing the room key card, which can be confusing for meor other guests and inconvenient when needing to visit reception for assistance. And thr ceiling light above the bed pillows flickers every 10 seconds, even when turned off, which is quite disruptive. I didn't ask for help as I was so drunk that night. Hmm there are also several other defects in the room actually. I recommend that the hotel manager and directors conduct a thorough walk-through to identify issues together, as relying solely on the cleaning team—who manage numerous rooms daily with only 15 minutes per room—may not suffice for quality improvements. Despite these issues, the room price is very reasonable. And I was with some other frds occupying around 10 other rooms and saying all good. So I still give a high rating overall. I was in 903 if I remember correctly

The location is unbeatable! It’s located in the heart of Causeway Bay which make it accessible to all sorts of restaurants and shopping areas. The room view is spectacular with the nearby Happy Valley racecourse. Services are impeccable too. Both front desk and housekeeping staff are excellent! I’ll certainly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel and location were great for nearby shopping with a toddler, but the front-of-house staff were not so friendly. I'm an IHG member, which was part of my decision to stay at the Crowne Plaza, but I was surprised to discover my points would not be awarded to my IHG membership because I didn't book directly with the hotel. The breakfast food quality and service were good, but the restaurant room was too narrow and not easy to walk around during the peak breakfast time.
