Good location; only a few stops from central and next to causeway bay. Good value for money. On site gym and spacious apartments.

The location is moderately convenient. We enjoy the most is about polite service and the room space. Feel like a cozy apartment. The only thing need to be careful of is the cabinet next to the be; because of the design where the for corner of the cabinet is quite close to a human head’s level, it’s risking to get hit to the head. But overall the staying experience is decent

What a gem this place is. Good size rooms and very good storage. Clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. Free laundry machines is a huge plus. The location is 5 minute walk from the harbour and access to transit. The staff was very helpful in booking a taxi and even lending us umbrellas. Highly recommend. One suggestion is if they could provide a few basic dishes and utensils, it would be even better.

The hotel is spacious and in a great location near the supermarket, bus stops, and MTR. However, my room on the third floor was very noisy I could hear water running whenever someone showered or flushed. Not suitable for light sleepers, so I wouldn’t recommend that floor if you need a quiet room.

Walked in to a toilet full of someone elses waste. Not a good sign of housekeeping efficiency. Secondly, my partners very expensive Lancomb eye serum, which was brand new, was 1/4 gone. Response from front desk was to lock it up in safe. Toiletries and eye cream in the safe? Really? The room was decent enough with lots of space and well appointed. Great A/C. Not enough pillows and bed was so-so. Would recommend if you are travelling with no belongings that you cant lock in the safe
