Staffs are all accomodating and excellent customer service. Especially Ms. Amber from the front desk. View from the hotel room is fantastic. Location is accessible and have free transportation from tung chung stn. Will surely come back again and recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives.

It’s a great option if you’re looking for a hotel near the airport. Have free shuttle between airport and the hotel, also between the hotel to the MTR station as well. Sea view is definitely better than urban view. We did late check in and we kindly requested for late check out. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Location is abit far but luckily there is free shuttle bus available to the nearest MTR and also to the airport.

The hotel locates at city centre and there is tram station in front of it, super convenience! The staff provides good service to us, the room is big and the price are worthwhile.

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung and had a fantastic experience. The hotel provides free shuttle bus services to the aiport and MTR station. The staff was welcoming, and my room was spacious and clean with beautiful views. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for anyone visiting Hong Kong!

I will give a 10/10 of this hotel. The hotel is very new with nice design. The staff are super super friendly and helpful. We feel that we are being welcome from our first step into this hotel. The view from the room is nice and the room size is big. Highly recommend!

What a great location. We booked this hotel 2x in our 6 days stay in Hong Kong! Great location and so clean and conveniet. There is also a great restaurant infront of it!
