Valerie is the manager, she is very good, nice and friendly. Victoria is also very good and nice / funny. Zach is also good, as is Shawanda. The housekeeping, Doris, Maria (so sweet) and Danile, are outstanding, always very efficient, friendly and polite. The maintenance Gabier and Mohamad, are always working all day long making sure the garbage is taken out and everything is clean and everything is working. It is the best staff at any Hotel I've ever stayed at. If there is a problem, they'll definitely try to correct it. The only con...is the price, but that's not their fault, it's corporates.
