They have the most comprehensive breakfast available in luxury hospitality, with an exemplary trilingual and helpful fine dining team.

Muy buen hotel , prolijo y limpio Desayuno excelente ,la Maitre Andrea muy servicial Ubicación cerca de los lugares con ruido , si buscan un lugar más relajante está ubicación no es la adecuada Front Desk , servicio de piscina y limpieza muy buenos Es un hotel caro pero creo que la relación precio/ calidad lo vale 👍👍👍👍👍

Off season it works, but during season the services deteriorate, e.g. you might be given a refreshing towel and drink when checking in or not. The beautiful breakfast gets disturbed by the staff not cleaning up your used dishes or offering something else to drink. You might spend 45 min. plus sitting at your table and nothings happens, whilst the staff is chatting and socializing!

Great hotel that offers everything one needs for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast is just amazing! Exceptional is the service staff: always friendly and very efficient. We enjoyed the short offered trips with Ivan in the Bentley from the hotel. This hotel knows how to please their guests. When we go back to Ibiza it will be again in the Gran Hotel.

Loved this hotel. The location was good with either a 20 minute walk into Ibiza old town or a boat taxi costing 3.5 Euros return per person. Some restaurants & takeaways closeby & a supermarket across the road. All the staff were very attentive & friendly, particularly the staff at breakfast who were so friendly & efficient. As for the breakfast, well, this was something else. Without doubt, the best & most relaxing breakfast we have ever had anywhere in the world. The spread was amazing & it was such a relaxing experience. We often sat for 2 hours just enjoying the food & the atmosphere. I would return to this hotel just for the breakfast & breakfast staff alone. The pool staff at the adults pool were very attentive & helpful. Nothing was too much bother. The only issue I had was my bill which I always pay for the night before I leave, in case there is an issue. The bill contained items which I did not have from the mini bar. The items were used by the previous occupant. I should have clocked this as the mini bar was being restocked as we took possession of the room. I think there is maybe a learning point here for the hotel's procedures so that this cannot happen again. Thankfully this was quickly cleared up by the gentleman at the reception that evening. We had a Panoramic room on the 4th floor. The views over to the old town were fantastic. Overall, a great holiday & will return to The Ibiza Gran on our next visit to Ibiza.

Un très bel hôtel avec des chambres spacieuses et très confortables même en entrée de gamme (un seul bê mol, les chambres qui donnent sur la rue ne permettent pas d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Privilégiez donc les chambres avec vue Piscine). Autre point fort, son emplacement puisque situé proche du port, des meilleurs restaurants et bien sûr des night club. Le petit déjeuner est juste incroyable et digne des très palaces parisiens (c 'est effectivement le meilleur petit déjeuner de l'ile). Enfin, et pour moi le plus important, la qualité du service est fantastique : Le personnel est vraiment au petits soins 24h sur 24h ! Un énorme merci à Ivan pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ! ma famille et moi avons hâte d'y retourner

Desayuné en el hotel junto con mi equipo. El trato que recibimos por el personal, especialmente por Miquel y Andrea, fue muy bueno. En cuanto al desayuno como tal, tanto el aspecto de los productos, como su conservación, variedad y calidad alta, merece una mención especial. Merece la pena ir y pasar un buen rato en la terraza mientras se prueban varios de sus productos. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo del Ibiza Gran Hotel.
