A true Ibiza gem – cozy, intimate, unforgettable We had a wonderful stay at this charming, intimate hotel that truly captures the spirit of Ibiza. Cozy, stylish, and full of character – it felt like a home away from home. A special thank you to Nina, who made the experience even more incredible with her warmth and care. We felt so good here. I have stayed at this hotel before and was looking forward to revisit. I emailed before and asked for an additional room, but the place was full. I therefore emailed again and asked for a possible late check out. I got the reply that I should ask upon arrival. Upon arrival I did ask and I got the answer that it was possible but it would be an additional cost of 200 euros. I asked how long we could use the room and got the reply that as long as we wanted during the day. I accepted the terms. The day of of our check out I got the additional information at 14.30 that the actual cost would be 350 euros and not 200 euros for a late check out, if we leave before 15.00. If we leave after 15.00 the actual cost would be 750 euros. We tried to reply that that's not the information we have got and that they should try to accommodate us somehow and not make us stress pack in 30 min. They referred to the terms and conditions when I made the booking. Even though I asked in advance with by mail and in person. the owners refused to lower the cost to 200 euros, let us stay longer than to 15.00 and wouldn't even have a conversation with us. they didn't even invite us for a coffee or lunch as a compensation for the wrong information they had passed on to us putting us in this stressful situation that we even had to pay for. Not a nice way to great people or wish to have customers coming back. More where there any form of room service or possibility to get any service at the place. Im really disappointed in how they treat people and how important it is for them to squizze out the last buck even though they gave us the wrong information initially. I will never visit this place ever again!

bello, bellissimo ma non è un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, il prezzo pagato non rispecchia il livello della struttura che rimane un pò troppo rustica. radical chic , molto radical e meno chic. ( consapevole che Ibiza rimane una località costosa) infine all 'arrivo e alla partenza CI CHIEDONO LORO se vogliamo qualcosa , chiediamo ringraziando dell'ACQUA e ci presentano il conto di 14,60€ , pagati ovviamente senza polemica in quanto dovuti ma l'ospitalità è un'altra cosa per me. non ci tornerò

Leuke finca waar je helemaal tot rust kan komen. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar lekker. De kamers hebben veel charme en worden iedere dag goed onderhouden. Misschien wel nog het beste aan deze finca is het vriendelijk en attent personeel. Kortom een aanrader.

Un havre de paix tout en raffinement et en douceur. Petit hôtel de 8 chambres avec des patrons adorables ,une chambre parfaite,des petits déjeuners délicieux,une piscine propre et calme,une déco originale canon …et et tout ça a 15 min de l aéroport et à 15 min de la ville d’Ibiza.Aucune faute de goût,aucune erreur,rien à dire de négatif !
