Poor Service Experience – Nicolas & Nobu Ibiza Dear Nobu Team, I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the appalling level of service I experienced during my recent visit to Nobu Ibiza, specifically due to the incompetence of one of your team members, Nicolas. From start to finish, the experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable for a property that claims to operate at a luxury standard. Nicolas demonstrated a complete lack of ability to manage even basic guest service expectations from delayed responses and poor communication to a dismissive and unhelpful attitude that bordered on outright rudeness. This was not a one-off mistake. It was a consistent pattern of inefficiency and disregard for guest satisfaction. It’s clear he is not fit for a guest-facing role, and his presence undermines the brand reputation Nobu has worked so hard to build. To say that I am frustrated would be an understatement. I intend to leave a detailed and honest review of this experience on every relevant platform. Guests deserve to be warned about the level of service they may encounter particularly from someone like Nicolas, who is a liability to your operation. I expect a formal response and explanation. Otherwise, this will not be the last time you hear from me on this matter.
