這個酒店居然給我們升級了房間，酒店的服務很好，晚上有很長時間的表演。這家酒店像花園一樣美麗。食物也比較豐富，餐廳環境很好。

Yemekler ***et güzeldi, hizmet ve temizlik de öyle. Alkollü ve alkolsüz içeceklerin çoğu güzeldi. Geceleri güzel eğlenceler oluyor. Çalışanları ***et güler yüzlü. Sonraki tatillerde de gelmeyi düşünüyorum.

Wonderful Family Vacation with a Special Touch! We had an amazing stay at this hotel with our family. The entire place was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and full of variety. One of the highlights of our trip was the tattoo experience my wife and I had right at the hotel. The artist was professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. The tattoos turned out beautiful, and the price was very reasonable for the quality we received. It was a unique and unforgettable touch to our vacation. We’re truly happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We’ll definitely come back!

First time I've been to this hotel but my parents have been for the past 4 years and I will definitely be coming back again as it has been such a lovely experience. The food is lovely with plenty to choose from and the entertainment is brilliant every night The staff couldn't be any better with how fast they serve you and always make sure you have have your drinks. I had a keratin hair treatment whilst here which left my hair feeling amazing and so soft I also had a thigh tattoo whilst here which I am very happy with, the tattoo and hair treatment were very good prices, the staff are super friendly and make you feel comfortable through the whole stay.

Here currently so not a full holiday review but one for the service and amazing quality from Aqua jewellers, Mustafa has always been so helpful and we’ve bought various things from him over our years coming to Hotel Aqua, but this time he has outdone himself , gave him my engagement ring which he has reset with additional diamonds and wow, I was bit nervous to see it but beyond my expectations absolutely amazing, and a very quick turnaround, less than 2 days. (Pics don’t really show it )

We have just returned from the most amazing week at the Aqua hotel The staff are amazing and can't work hard enough to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. In particular Julia from the kids club who my 4 year old son absolutely adored. She even made a special trip when she was poorly to come and say goodbye to him on the day we left. Mehmet who sorts the bookings for the hairdressers and tattooist is also great. Both my husband and I had tattoos at the hotel and they were just what we wanted. Had a beautiful blow dry and keratin treatment in the hairdresser as well. The food is good and varied. I would highly recommend ensuring you don't miss your a la carte meal as the food in that restaurant is exceptional. Service is alway 10/10. Location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable. We had an attic suite for us with two kids and this was great and plenty spacious for us. The entertainment on the evenings is good and varied. The il divo group are out of this world. The staff all work incredibly hard. Hats off to them. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you so much for such a memorable enjoyable holiday

We had the most perfect holiday! Such an amazing hotel with the best hardworking staff. The animation team are outstanding, Berker and Berkin are fantastic and make sure everyone is having the best time, they make a lot of effort. There are lots of activities to take part in if you want to, but you are not pestered to do so if you don’t. The waiters are attentive, and everyone is just so friendly. The kids club is great, Julia is so brilliant with the children and brings out the best in them. My children love her and she got them involved in everything, which was lovely to see. The food is great, and there is something for everyone. I highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed.

Couldn’t wish for more - very clean, spa facilities, ice cream parlour, coffee shop, patisserie, barbecue, beach, pool, games room, amazing staff (special shout out to Berker), great entertainment, lots of activities, lovely food and drink, spacious rooms with balcony… I could go on and on, it’s just perfect! You won’t regret going.

Well we came back as our first visit in October 2023 was outstanding and this time around outstanding again. Everything is truly wonderful. The staff are amazing, the food is fantastic, the service is just impeccable, rooms are spotless and comfortable and the scenery is spectacular ! Big shout out to all of the entertainment team, the twins especially, who truly are an asset to the hotel. They are so full of energy and make everyone smile . 2 bar staff members who worked around the sunset bar , shack bar area , Ronnie and Sammy (I think) , please let them know they made our holiday with their service and chat 😀. We both got tattoos at the hotel salon after Mehmet helped us both take the plunge. Haha. Great guy ! Thanks to the lovely lady who did mine with the red hair and the gentleman who did my partners , we were delighted . Finally I have to say thanks to the lovely hotel shop staff , so friendly and remembered us from our last visit . I purchased my second bag from them and again am delighted . It’s beautiful. One slight negative however was twice we returned to our room to find no towels whatsoever and had to phone reception . We are not ones to complain though and got them delivered shortly so no big deal . Room 358 , nice view but had better last time which I think was 364? This will be our place to return to from now on time and time again without a shadow of a doubt . Fantastic Aqua !

Having just returned from a wonderful stay at Hotel Aqua, I wanted to share our experience. We were incredibly fortunate with the weather and absolutely fell in love with the beautiful beach — it truly is a highlight of the hotel. A special mention must go to the housekeeping staff, especially Güler, who did an excellent job keeping our room spotless. One day we returned to find a gorgeous swan towel arrangement on our bed, which was a lovely touch and made both me and my mum smile. We thoroughly enjoyed the service across the hotel, particularly at the bars. Lunchtimes at the Palm Bar were a daily treat — the waiters were attentive, friendly, and made each meal enjoyable. The food overall was fresh, well-prepared, and always nicely presented. We did encounter an issue with the air conditioning panel in our room during the first two nights. Although the service team were unable to fix it, we were eventually moved to another room. While the resolution was satisfactory, the handling of the situation by staff lacked the warmth and efficiency we had otherwise experienced during our stay. That said, the new room was much quieter, and we slept well thereafter. Unfortunately, the main downside of our visit was the beach management. From our very first day, we noticed that the lifeguard was reserving front-row sunbeds for individuals not staying at the hotel (they did not have wristbands). More surprisingly, he was also taking their food and drink orders and serving them directly on the beach — a service not available to all-inclusive guests. On one occasion, we overheard a group being charged around £22 at the end of the day for food and drinks, which seemed inconsistent with the value of the all-inclusive package. As the week progressed, this practice became more noticeable, with hotel guests increasingly unable to access the best beach spots due to these reserved seats. What’s more, when I brought my own food to the beach one afternoon, I was stopped by both security and the lifeguard — a confusing and frustrating moment considering that I had seen the same staff serving food to non-hotel guests all week. When I pointed this out, the lifeguard responded abruptly and told me I could eat my food “just this once.” It was a jarring experience that left a sour note on an otherwise lovely holiday. While I understand the hotel may be trying to generate additional income, it feels unfair for paying guests to be denied access or service on what is marketed as an exclusive hotel beach. The inconsistent rules and the unfriendly interaction with staff detracted from what could have been a seamless experience. Overall, Hotel Aqua offers a beautiful setting, good food, and excellent service in many areas. With more transparent and fair beach management, it could truly be outstanding.

This hotel & staff & service is outstanding.We were 4 couples& arrived early in the morning & greeted by friendly helpful staff who explained everything to us about our room .The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were so friendly & helpful & the service was 10 out of 10 through the holiday & we never had to ask for a drink, they were always 1 step ahead. The food was fantastic so much choice.The entertainment was great. The staff in hotel, garden & beach couldn't do enough for you.We all throughly enjoyed our stay & would 100% recommend this wonderful hotel with its brilliant staff from cleaners to managers.
