Pool & Spa Heating Policy Pool Heating: Rate: $75 per night (2-night minimum). Temperature & Schedule: Heated to 85°F from 8 AM to 6 PM. Includes: Pool heating and spa heating for the selected days. Spa Heating: Temperature: 101 degrees, natural gas heating. Same-Day Spa Heat: Can be arranged on the day of use by using the house controls. Spa-Only Heating (Without Pool Heating): Rate: No charge (if pool heating is not requested). Additional Details: Payment Options: Payment request will be sent prior to checkout. Consecutive Days Required: Due to high natural gas costs and extended heating time, pool heating must be booked for a minimum of 2 consecutive days. 1-Night Stays: Guests staying only one night will still be required to pay for two nights of pool heating, as the initial heating process takes almost an entire day.
