There are also many activities in Jiashan Museum during the Chinese New Year. It is recommended to go upstairs to see the brick-making exhibition hall."

"I stayed at Atour on a business trip. Because I booked the wrong time, the front desk helped me to add a reservation for the same day and sent an extra breakfast.
The room was clean, the bed and pillow were very comfortable to sleep on, and my neck didn't hurt when I woke up, and I slept until dawn.
The breakfast was also very rich, but the coffee was a little bitter. The cleaning lady greeted me and was very polite.
The layout of the lobby is also tall and elegant, no one smoked, and the environment is elegant. There are cherry blossoms and a small garden outside the hotel to stroll around, and there are also large and small restaurants and convenience stores nearby."

Service: The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. I told her my requirements and she was able to meet them. I like the room I arranged. The room is also very clean and tidy. The breakfast lady is also very enthusiastic and greets guests actively. The hotel as a whole gives people a very clean, tidy and generous feeling. There is also a small robot, and the takeaway is delivered very quickly. It is very convenient."

GGuest UserThe ambiance is excellent, and the design is truly meticulous; it's not just a hotel, but a genuine work of architectural art. All the staff were warm and incredibly attentive, making the overall atmosphere very comfortable. Despite a minor hiccup with the wine I ordered during dinner, every staff member was exceptionally professional and handled the situation very smoothly. The bar service was also great; the classic cocktails were perfectly made, and their signature ones were quite unique. Their homemade ice cream scoops were absolutely phenomenal and delicious. The mattress, though soft, provided excellent support. I have a bad back and usually anticipate discomfort from soft beds, but I slept surprisingly soundly. It was also incredibly quiet, with absolutely no noise. It's conveniently located very close to the scenic area, just a 10-minute walk, and the path itself is quite picturesque, offering great photo opportunities. Overall, the experience was fantastic. It's the perfect place to unwind and clear your head.

GGuest UserI booked a loft room on the 11th, with upper and lower floors, 5 people, not crowded. The room is clean and has 2 balconies with good air and beautiful views. It can have convection and wind. It is very cool during the National Day, so there is no need to turn on the air conditioner. No mosquitoes either. The bed is big and soft. Have a good night's sleep.
The interior design has a natural feel, and the decoration is tasteful, not the simple street decoration. The bedside is very atmospheric. The bathroom is not very big, there is only one, but it doesn't matter if the whole family uses it separately.
The entire hotel has four floors, and you don’t feel tired even if you go up the spiral staircase. On the contrary, it is very artistic.
There is a small Zen-like pavilion on the first floor, where two people drink tea and watch the flowing water next to them, which is quite artistic.
The boss is very warm and considerate. Karaoke is available on the second floor. There is also a barbecue grill. I bought ingredients from the nearby pot circle, barbecued, sang, and played board games. It was very pleasant.
The Huazhiyu Hanfu experience provided by the hotel is also great. It's brand new, free to wear, and you can take photos yourself. It will be a blockbuster.
There is no food in the hotel, but there are enough internet celebrity stores nearby.
A satisfactory stay experience, recommended.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets.
Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good.
I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones.
The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions.
The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative

WWindwooThis was my first time visiting Xitang Ancient Town, and I'd been quite hesitant about whether to stay within the scenic area itself. After choosing this hotel, I realized I made an excellent decision.
1/ The hotel is perfectly nestled within Xitang Ancient Town, just a few steps from the Xitang Ferry Bridge ticket gate. It's incredibly convenient: if you get tired from exploring the town in the morning, you can easily pop back to the hotel for a rest before continuing your tour in the afternoon. (The scenic area ticket allows re-entry for two days, which is ample time to explore the entire ancient town.)
2/ The hotel's design beautifully embodies the classic Jiangnan garden style; walking through it truly feels like being in a traditional Jiangnan courtyard, with its elegant grey bricks, black tiles, white walls, and lush foliage. The rooms are simple yet full of ancient charm, with extensive use of wood, bamboo, and natural fibers. The low-saturation color scheme, combined with white walls and dark tiles, creates a very sophisticated ambiance. Nestled right by the river, it offers a tranquil 'waterfront living' experience. I was especially grateful for the room upgrade! Sitting on the terrace, with sunlight dappling through the leaves, brewing a pot of oolong tea, quietly watching the flowing water and listening to the birdsong – it offered a unique sense of refined pleasure.
3/ The hotel's facilities are quite comprehensive; whether you need laundry services or a gym, they cater to various needs. The hotel is very new, and the young, energetic staff members are just as vibrant as the hotel itself. They are always happy to answer any questions you have in detail.
4/ The hotel's breakfast quality is excellent, with a wide variety of options. I especially recommend the small wontons. The evening sweet soup and fruits were also delicious. But I *have* to give a special shout-out to the hotel's mung bean soup – it's absolutely fantastic and could easily be their signature item! After a long day of exploring, a bowl of it just made all my fatigue melt away.
5/ The scenic area itself can get quite crowded and noisy. The more I explored, the more I appreciated my wise decision to stay here. Instead of being amidst the hustle and bustle within the town, this hotel allowed me to truly immerse myself in the quiet, ethereal beauty of Jiangnan. This is a truly thoughtful hotel, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the ancient town.

Environment: As soon as you come in, you will feel hidden in the city. The courtyard is very large, and the large terrace on the second floor will take you into the feeling of walking into the garden.
Service: The lady at the front desk is very polite, wearing traditional Chinese costumes, and pointing out the route to the scenic spot. Very satisfied

GGuest UserThe proprietress called her Sister Pan. She was kind, enthusiastic and very charming. I heard the aunt introduce all the scenes. She took care of the garden by herself... From pulling ****s, pruning and planting, it took a lot of work and effort. Everything was aesthetic, natural and comfortable. Simple and elegant! It was full of praise. We were also recommended by friends. Although the breakfast was simple, it was delicious. It was the most authentic local delicacy, shredded pork noodles with pickled vegetables, wonton eggs, and sweet potatoes freshly dug out of the ground. They were fresh and fragrant. The Chinese tradition is passed down by word of mouth, and it is a B&B worth recommending. And the room is clean and tidy. I was tired after driving here, and I felt great as soon as I entered the yard. It has a very relaxing a**osphere. I like it so much, hahahaha.

MMr xiaomuI chose to come to Xitang for New Year's Day. I spent the Spring Festival in Xitang ten years ago. After several comparisons, I chose this hotel to stay in.
The hotel staff provided good service. They would contact and push the parking address in advance, and wait for the arrival time to be confirmed. They would greet and lead the way after driving to the hotel on the same day.
The hotel is located in the scenic area of Xitang Ancient Town, not far from the core area. You can go back to the hotel to rest when you are tired. The decoration style of the room is also very consistent with the temperament of the ancient town. I specially booked a room with a balcony and got up early in the morning to welcome the first ray of dawn in 25 years!
