"Byron Springs is a delightful older design (think Old Florida/Old QLD) place with whitewashed walls and wooden floors, and an open lounge area set in lush surroundings.  Our room was more than adequate for a one night stay.  The bed & bedding were comfortable.  The room, while small, was fine.  The bathroom had everything we needed. The negatives were we could hear the other guests coming and going, and the wood floors creaked loudly.  One of guests took up 2 parking spots.  Also the toilet in our bathroom ran all night.  We were unable to stop it so we just closed the door to the bathroom. "The Surf House is fantastic! Its location in town is perfect, and I appreciated the warm welcome and early check-in. I met some wonderful people in my room. I highly recommend joining the free morning yoga classes on the rooftop—such a great experience! Callum, the guide for the lighthouse walk, is a legend. I also enjoyed the farmers market on Thursday, guided by a lovely Dutch girl. The staff is friendly and the kitchen is well-equipped and clean. Highly recommend!"

"Great location for Byron Bay and facilities were good! The cabin was clean just had a lot of flies, but we were provided with bug spray that did the trick. Treated slightly like backpackers, having to take our bins out, wash and dry all dishes and there were lots of resort rules but it was good value so we didn’t mind."
