"It was my second time staying in this hotel. They have maintained the excellent standard. Prior to my arrival, I advised them that I don’t eat fruits except for dragon fruit. The dragon fruit was prepared. In my stay, the staff members were quite helpful. They recommended the good place to eat and also helped me to get a taxi as my Alipay didn’t work for transport. It was a pleasant stay."

From the moment I arrived, the staff’s professionalism and warm hospitality were evident, setting the tone for a luxurious stay. The highlight of my visit was the suite—it was simply amazing! Spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean, the suite exuded luxury in every detail. The panoramic city views from the large windows were breathtaking, both during the day and at night when Fuzhou lights up. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-quality amenities, including the rainfall shower and plush bathrobes, added to the indulgence. The dining options at the hotel were also good. The hotel’s location in the heart of the city made it convenient to explore nearby attractions, and the concierge was helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation. "The newly opened hotel is really good from hardware facilities to design aesthetics to sanitary environment. The mini bar has rich drinks and snacks, and the complimentary fruit plate is very fresh, including good fruits such as lychees. The breakfast is rich and the ingredients are of good quality. These are all the advantages of the hotel and deserve recognition! However, I can only give 4 points for the hotel's service. In the morning buffet, when I was about to sit down, the waiter came up and asked me if I wanted coffee or tea. I said I wanted a latte. In the next 40 minutes of dining, this latte was not delivered and it was left unfinished... Then I thought, forget it, I might as well pack a latte and drink it in the room. I found another waiter and asked to pack a latte, and she agreed immediately. Then I waited for another 20 minutes, and this packed latte was not delivered again, and it continued to be left unfinished... What I am curious about is how two different waiters can forget the latte I need at the same time? I didn't drink it until I left. Then, I became curious about the service staff of this newly opened hotel and started the observation mode: I found that at least a few waiters had a strong ”work smell” and no smile. They felt like they were going to the grave when they went to work. I instantly understood why they all forgot my latte. As a contracted traveler of Ctrip, I like to experience hotels and write notes about the impressive hotels and publish them on multiple platforms. This time I felt very good and collected a lot of materials. I was ready to write a good hotel experience, but because of the buffet breakfast, I gave up. This is a real feeling. I hope your hotel can pay attention to the problem. If I have the opportunity to stay in the hotel again in the future, I hope to feel the changes in service."

I didn't get the same room type, and the standard room on the third day of the Chinese New Year was more than 100 yuan more expensive than the suite on the fourth day of the Chinese New Year. The hotel is in a good location, not far from Sanfang Qixiang and Yantai Mountain, and it is convenient for travel. It is indeed an old hotel, and the facilities and equipment are not new, but fortunately the hygiene is OK. The breakfast is simple, there is nothing to eat nearby, but takeaway can be delivered to the room."

Even the quilt was not given, so I could only put 2 sofa chairs next to the bed, and the family of three slept next to each other for one night! The store should be well prepared, in terms of service"

Perfect

DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street. The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist. The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries. The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same). In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

JJoseWe have been in 2 other countries in asia before, but this was by far our best hotel! We stayed with family and where immediately greeted with a warm cup of tea. We had a lot of questions to begin with and needed a driver for the rest of our trip, and the cordial service manager was so helpful and she even organized an all inclusive driver for us. Also Linda & Ashley from the hotel team helped us to the maximum extend and even stayed in contact with us via wechat, even though we already left Fuzhou, just to make sure that our trip is going smoothly and we can enjoy a great time in beautiful China. It is just excellent and outstanding service! The hotel itself is located directly on the west side of the UNESCO world heritage site of Sanfang Qixiang and when you turn right after exiting the main lobby you enter the site. The hotel is built in the same style and flair of Sanfang Qixiang ”The Beverly Hills of China” and has a lot of ambiance and elegance to it. Thanks to the 24/7 reception I was even able to get two ice packs for my swollen foot late at night There is also a coffee machine in the lobby that serves great coffee and tea and infused water and the breakfast is one floor down and has tasty vegetarian buffet. Also in the room you are greated with a tea set and a plate of fresh fruits local to the region. We were even able to send post cards from the hotel reception. Just a stellar experience! If you decide to see the beautiful cultural heritage site, then I can whole-heartedly recommend the San Po Hotel / Sanbaobindi Hotel in Fuzhou!! You will not regret it.

GGuest UserBooked an 5 day stay for an Business Trip. Location of hotel is good. There are a small shopping mall directly downstairs with some restaurants. (including starbucks and Mcdonalds) Most popular tourists and large shopping malls in the area are accessible via an short taxi trip. between 5-15 mins depending where you go. Overall hotel is very clean. Now for all the downside, (for reference I'm here during December with weather around 18 degrees during the day and 12-14 degrees during the night), if you like to control your own room temperature for your own comfort, do NOT book this hotel. The problem here is that they have an climate control in the room, however, it does not actually control any room temperature as I had later found out. Each day the hotel was pumping in heating through the centralised air condition. I complained that it was getting far too ”warm” for me and it was getting uncomfortable as the room felt stuffy and was giving me headaches, As there was no windows that you can open, there was no way to get ”fresh air” feeling into the room. It was also affecting my sleep during the night, this was an VERY unpleasant feeling. I tried to speak to the staff about this problem and their simple reply was basically ”nothing we can do” not even an attempt to offer an solution and that the climate control inside the room does NOT in fact control the temperature for the rooms! Another issue was I switched on the DND (do not disturb button) as I did not needed any room cleaning during the first night of stay, I came back to find room was cleaned and items was moved around. Now admittedly it's nice to come back to an tidied room, however I did not expect anyone to come in even though I switched the DND switch on. On the third day the same thing happen however this time I was inside the room working. Even though the DND button was switched on, staff was still knocking on doors and coming in to check if I needed room cleaning. After I rejected I was receiving calls to confirm I didn't need room cleaning, now all this is probably an good service for other people but for me it was very irritating as it kept interrupting me during an important work conference call. The final thing that I found to be quite lacking considering this is ”Hilton” was when I checked out, the staff asked if I needed an receipt/invoice for my stay, in which I requested yes, as I needed to put it to office accounts department for reimbursement purposes. They actually told me they could not print out any invoices for my stay. I needed to go and do that myself on Trip, which was fine, I thought I can do that myself, however because I have used room service etc I cannot get this on ”Trip”'s website. It just felt the whole experience was so poor coming from the ”Hilton” group. 100% the worst stay I have had.

NNateJust had a quick transit stay near Fuzhou Airport, and it was awesome! The hotel is a great deal—plus, they surprised me with complementary airport pickup and drop-off, which was super handy. There are tons of restaurants within 500m walking distance, so you’re covered from breakfast to midnight supper. Big shoutout to the front desk crew—木子, 可可, and 小六—they were really friendly and helpful. If you’re stuck for a transit flight in Fuzhou overnight, definitely book this place!

DDolly-qiyueAtour was excellent. The front desk service was exceptional. Not only did they upgrade my room, they also provided free breakfast. I also had the unique laundry service and late-night porridge service. The central sink was clogged, and someone was quickly sent to clean it. The most heartwarming thing was the airport drop-off service. The driver was very personal and helpful. Hahaha. I'll choose Atour again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a small facade, but the rooms are large and the facilities are complete. The room is very clean. Finding such a hotel at this price in the city center is the best value for money. The room service is also very good, and it is cleaned very clean every day. The hotel is in an excellent location. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Ming Food Street and 10 minutes to walk to Sanfang Qixiang. It takes 10 minutes by taxi to the famous scenic spots such as Shangxiahang and Yantai Mountain. Next time I come to Fuzhou, I will choose to stay here!

We have large baggage so it’s quite a challenge to go to the hotel as we need to drag our bag which is quite far from road. taxi can’t reach the hotel doorsteps. We like the old Chinese style building. The breakfast is good. Hotel staff very helpful. They assist us to book for taxi to airport so we paid them extra as gratitute

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious, bright, and clean, with excellent service and a quiet atmosphere. The hot spring pool was equipped with disposable plastic sheets, which was very convenient. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, with ample greenery. It's also very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around. The front desk manager, Lu Xinyi, was very welcoming and helped me request a free late check-out. She had a sweet smile!

GGuest UserThe hotel was really good. The people were nice and the room was very big and comfortable. The only thing was that the room was a bit humid. It did have ac but the humidity still stayed a bit. Overall a very good hotel. Definitely recommend.
