Stepping out of the high-speed train station exit, a simple left turn leads you directly to the hotel entrance – just a 300-meter walk (approximately 5 minutes)! For weary travelers laden with luggage, this direct and seamless connection is an absolute godsend, saving a significant amount of time and effort. Upon entering the hotel, you immediately notice the outstanding service quality. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Throughout our stay, whether we had questions or requests, the staff were consistently attentive, thoughtful, and quick to respond, truly making us feel at home. The service was indeed excellent. Stepping into the room, our first impression was how spacious and comfortable it felt. The room was generously sized with a well-designed layout, feeling very airy and unconfined, which made for a truly relaxing and comfortable experience. A particular highlight was the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which not only provided excellent natural light but also offered breathtaking panoramic views. Whether it was cityscapes or natural scenery, everything was within sight, greatly enhancing the overall enjoyment of our stay. The hotel's breakfast was another major highlight, with an extensive and varied selection. Ranging from Chinese dim sum and congee to Western breads, salads, and hot dishes, alongside fresh fruits and beverages, there was truly something for everyone. The quality was excellent, catering to diverse tastes and providing a perfect energy boost to start the day. Additionally, the hotel's supplementary services were very impressive: Laundry/Dry Cleaning Service: We utilized their laundry service, and the process was convenient, with items returned promptly, clean, and neatly pressed. A truly professional and reliable service. Gym: Though we didn't spend much time there, the gym was well-equipped and well-maintained, sufficient for basic guest fitness needs, and a definite bonus during our trip."

"The Hotel is amazing, with great service and great people 😊 and they were wonderful. If you need to eat in the morning their is delicious breakfast and a nice laundry area to wash your clothes; with both washing machine and dryer machine, and nearby the hotel there are multitude of restaurants to choose from."

"The hotel is located in the city center. The lobby environment is also good, the lighting is very good and bright. I was upgraded to a new room. The front desk staff smiled and served warmly and thoughtfully. The check-in procedure was quick and convenient. The elevator control was very safe. The floor-to-ceiling glass in the room could see the outside view. The slippers in the room were of good quality and comfortable, and the bedding was also comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and parking was convenient. I will choose this hotel again next time I have the chance. Recommend it."

"My stay at Sorl Bund Hotel in Rui’an, Wenzhou was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the professionalism of the staff. Every member of the team, including the housekeeping staff, was incredibly well-mannered and helpful — and in a rare display of genuine hospitality, they didn’t accept any tips, which truly reflects their integrity and service culture. The rooms are spacious at 40 sqm, offering plenty of comfort and a lovely view from the window. It’s also conveniently located with a McDonald’s right next door, which came in handy for quick meals. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rui’an. Clean, courteous, and convenient — I gladly give them 5 stars"
