This bright three bedroom house is not only five minutes walk from Whitstable harbour, town centre, beach and station, it also has parking for three cars and a large garden to relax in – especially as it gets the sun most of the day and evening.The front door leads straight in the entrance hall – with a cupboard to stow suitcases, beach gear and coats – leads to a spacious, well equipped kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher. The living room has a table that seats six, lounge chairs and a sofa. There’s a new Smart TV with Freeview and apps to easily access your subscriptions as well as fast wi-fi. A sliding door from the lounge opens directly onto the large garden with mature planting where there are two separate table areas, a gas barbecue and an assortment of children’s play equipment. Dogs are very welcome in this home. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One with a king-sized bed, one with a double and the third with bunk beds. All rooms have extremely comfortable mattresses and hanging space. There is a bathroom with a shower integrated over the bath tub, a w.c. and sink with guest toiletries provided.Garden. The garden is very sunny and has a decked area to the rear next to the games shed. Inside the games shed with have multi table, which consists of table football, pool, air hockey and more. You will find a Wendy house with a toy kitchen for the younger children. There is also a swing set and slide. Under the covered area to the left of the house we have table tennis. Adults can relax on the patio and see all these areas. The house is an ideal choice for all generations.White Cottage was renovated extensively, converting what was a dark and cramped Victorian two-up two-down former fisherman's house in to an open plan, bright, stylish and comfortable holiday home.Making it both, the perfect summer bolt hole, being able to sit in the secluded sun drenched garden or winter getaway with a cosy log burner to take the chill off after a walk along the beach.The accommodation consists of a through lounge/dining area with wood burning stove and Sonos sound system, a galley style kitchen, guest toilet/utility room, and garden with outside dining. Upstairs on the 1st floor are the master Kingsize bedroom and a stunning marble master bathroom. The front door leads into a hallway and it will lead you to the bedroom and bathroom one way and the other end of the hall you will find the lounge, dining area and kitchen.The bedroom is at the front of the property with a double bed. We have a travel cot on request.The bathroom has a shower over the bath and toilet plus sink.The lounge/dining area has a table that seat 4 and a sofa bed in the lounge.The kitchen is a fully working kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.There is a fenced in garden area that has outdoor seating, this is accessed through the front door.The guests have access to this lovely 1 bedroom ground floor apartment with outdoor space.Other things to note that this property is part of another property, this is an annexe and has it's own private entrance. Both properties can be booked at the same time for larger groups. We have an integral door joining the two properties.
