Medan Hotels with Wifi

1st time staying at this hotel for 4 nights. None to complain about, very good (10/10) in my judgements, including breakfast, gym, hot pool, etc. room size is very big. I don't mind to recommend any one and on my next trip to Medan, I ll most certainly book this hotel if the nightly rate is compatible.

Is a hotel situated in between shop house. However, the hotel set up is not like a shop house hotel. The hotel has poor soundproof, and it gets disturbed by the noise outside of the room. The room does not come with windows. Hotel provides basic amenities. Don't expect luxury.

Rooms are very clean and spacious! Located right opposite Merdeka Square and Medan City Railway Station. Due to it facing the busy road and area, the noise level can get high (but bearable) if there are events held nearby. Sauna, hot & cold pools available (seperated by gender) are clean and come with lockers & shower facilities. Outdoor swimming pool was well maintained too. Staff were generally quite polite too.

First time staying at this hotel. Great counter service, staff was able to converse in English. Room was clean and toiletries were refilled every day. No complaints at all. Super close to the main train station which connects directly to the airport. Breakfast starts at 0630 to 1000. Every day's menu is different. One slight downside is that the dishes are labelled in Bahasa Indonesian, so you might need some help if you really want to know what the dishes are served. At 0700, the buffet starts the live omelette station and noodle station. Housekeeping is done every day. Linens are clean, no smell, towels are also very clean. Good job to the hotel. Would recommend all types of travellers to stay.

Most of the guests are uneducated, mostly from outskirt. They just smooke everywhere, in the toilet, in the lobby and even in restaurant. The hotel staff should reprimand such guests, but they just ignore their terrible abd uneducated behaviour. I booked non smooking room but given smoking room with terrible smoking smell. Truly not recommend to stay in this hotel not because of the staff but because of its guest environment.

Are we sure this is a 5 star hotel? Service was good, staff are friendly. Location is ok. Rooms need a bit of maintenance. The air con is TOO loud, particularly noticeable at night. No earplugs, no sleep! And connecting rooms are a nightmare if your neighbour wants to be loud all night. With so many rooms why would they allocate adjoining before normal? We had to change room after the first night. Hotel is OK overall

Spacious room, clean, good water pressure, located next to main road with shops all around the corner, welcoming customer service…great choice to stay in Medan overall!👍

𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗟 World class hotel. An opulent hotel experience. The room was very clean, quiet and peaceful with a nice view. The food and beverage outlets are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service here amazing, free ice cream whilst waiting for check-in is just the tip of the iceberg. The deep joy pool, everyone should dive into once. Their luxury white fluffy towels, plush white bath robes and heavenly-smelling shower gels in tiny little bottles 一there's something about padding around in their fancy bathroom that feels gloriously decadent. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, and the hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, this hotel is the epitome of luxury. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience. Recommend this hotel to anyone that can afford it. After landing at the airport late at night, it was great to arrive safely at this hotel — you can tell it’s safe from the outset. The room itself was a bit worn, but for just one night it was alright. The reception staff were super helpful also!

Weekend rate is expensive compared with weekdays. Unfortunately there is no swimming pool or gym. Suitable for travellers who wants convenient around the city. For the price - yes i will return to the hotel again. Thumbs up.
