"Pro Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, very high standard service by the staff clearly well trained in hospitality service. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Victoria who welcomed us upon our arrival and made our check in process a pleasure. She even let us in earlier than usual check in time as our room were ready early. Vey comfortable bed, nice ambient lighting. Good space with sofa and a few small table. Perfect location in the Central station on the first and second floor, so you can just jump from the hotel corridor to be on the ground floor (seriously, don't do this, just take the lift or escalator like a normal sane person:)) Not noisy at all in my room despite next to the train stop. Very well design sound proof room. Breakfast buffet was amazing, good rang of options even for someone like my family that only eat Halal food - various vegetarians and eggs suitable food. Luggage storage free of charge before check in or after checking out to help you enjoy Gothenburg without the need to carry your extra tonne of luggages. Sauna and gym are also available for the customers. Cons None really, for the price tag I think the hotel is perfect."

"The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk across the train station, with a multitude of food and shopping options nearby. We booked the family room, which is spacious, well-lit, and beautifully decorated. Check-in was convenient and smooth. Definitely recommended!"

"The Hotel location is very good. Walkable to almost all of attractions. The hotel staffs are helpful. The room is spacious enough with the needed amenities. The atmosphere of the bar on the lobby floor is nice."
