In the Fall, it is very picturesque with all of the colorful leaves on the ground.There are young kids located on the street. The sound of children can be heard during the day sometimes. For the most part pretty quiet though!Getting around:There is parking for 2 cars in the integral garage. An additional 6 cars can fit in the driveway.Getting around is very easy!State College Area High School:If you'd like to walk to the high school simply walk off of the property through the yard to the Nittany Trail.
