Wonderful stay at AC Marriott with early check-in in was a bonus by Jagneet Thank you. Right across the Ipoh Parade Mall in the heart of Ipoh and 8 to 10min away from the train station. Room was immaculate clean and new. Room cleaning took a while perhaps hotel was fully booked out and toilet paper holder is in very ackwarrd position hard to reach. Room 919. Breakfast buffet was very decent and tasty with variety of range to choose from. Will definitely stay here if I ever visit Ipoh again and staffs are all friendly and helpfu. Highly recommend and don't forget to go Pakeezw for authentic Pakistani dishes 5 min walk from the hotel. Thank you

泳池水很乾淨，去附近美食街也很方便

Great hotel with great location. Breakfast was decent. Pool is great for kids. All other facilities are in great condition. The room was clean

The hotel is newly launched and so the room and the environment is clean and nice. The room we stayed in is a twin bedroom it has all the necessary amenities including a mini fridge, mini safe and a hair dry blower. The room despite its very small size amazingly fits in a sofa bed as well. Some of the facilities including the games room are not functioning yet, but it has a pool and a 24 hour gym. The hotel is located very near to the many famous restaurants and hawker stalls such as Ipoh Tong Shui Kai and Dim Sum shops and a 5min walk to a shopping complex, hence makes it very convenient to find good food and shopping. Overall it is a good stay and I would recommend it to others for a short staycation in Ipoh. Psst, the welcome lounge has a free coffee machine 24/7 for the guests, which it's totally awesome!

Nice hotel & location in the center of Ipoh

酒店再很好的地理位置上，而且有一個很美的露天游泳池。家裡人都很喜歡，而且特別是這個泳池，孩子喜歡極了。

it’s renovated recently, so quite new and clean inside! location is good ! just there’s electricity problem and no back up power source, that’s unusual for a hotel !!

I stayed at this hotel with my family, including an infant. Since I was traveling with an infant, cleanliness—especially the floor—is extremely important to me. Sadly, this hotel did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. There was a lot of hair on the floor from previous guests. I did call the front desk to request housekeeping to clean the room, but nothing was done after that. Honestly, it was disappointing. The bathroom was even worse. The pipe was leaking.  In terms of amenities, they only provided a toothbrush and one other basic item. For a hotel at this level, I really didn’t expect such minimal amenities. I was surprised that they only gave us one toothbrush when it was clearly a room for two people. On a positive note, breakfast was a pleasant experience. While the variety wasn’t extensive, it was more than enough for a family, including my child. The staff at breakfast were also extremely helpful—they even gave us a kid’s set and helped clean up after my child finished eating. That made the experience feel a bit more family-friendly. Check-out was fast and smooth. However, check-in was a bit slow as they said the room wasn’t ready, even though I arrived at 2PM (check-in policy is 3PM). I would have appreciated it if they had shown more consideration, especially since I had a baby with me. There was also no baby cot or any baby-related facility offered. All in all, if you can find a cheaper hotel, it might be a better value—this one felt just average, nothing special. There was no game room or other family-friendly facilities besides a basic swimming pool. For a hotel marketed at this level, it was pretty underwhelming. On the bright side, the location is great—just walking distance to Ipoh Parade Mall, which was very convenient.
