完全和實際不符，也不知道攜程咋這麼差的配合酒店

The reception was very welcoming and fast. Happy that I was upgraded to a suite. My request for a jug kettle and supply of tea and coffee was entertained. My room was spacious, facing the street, the bed comfortable and the shower was new with good hot and cold water pressure. The breakfast spread was good to start the day with the lady and her daughter in attendance to your needs.

ロケーションは最高です。世界遺産が徒歩圏内。トラムや地下鉄もすぐです。コンビニも近い。ただし屋根裏部屋は背の高い人はやめたほうがいいです。頭をぶつけました。

El hotel es muy bonito, la localización es excelente y desde nuestra habitacion teniamos vistas a la mezquita de santa sofia :)

Das Hotel ist super gelegen und an sich nicht schlecht. Es ist leider sehr alt. Es wurde lange nichts mehr gemacht und der neue Hotelbesitzer versucht jetzt langsam den Rückstand aufzuholen. Frühstück war ok, aber nichts besonderes. + die Lage - sehr alt und enorm laut. Man hört wirklich alles. Jeden Schritt und jeden Gang. Oropax sind aufjedenfall nötig. - Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen ûbrig, und ich bin nicht wirklich pingelig

Hotel was clean and location was very good near hagia sofia. Tourist attractions was nearby. Staffs were very friendly

Malgrado l'ottima posizione e i ragazzi alla reception fossero davvero gentili e disponibili, la struttura è pessima. Camere sporche con un letto che dire scomodo non rende. La signora addetta alle colazioni è davvero scorbutica e disattenta ai clienti. Tavoli sporchi dove fare colazione. Colazione scarsa. Purtroppo, la sporcizia ha prevalso su tutto. Peccato

Piccolo albergo dall'atmosfera deliziosamente retro, chi viaggiava con me ha detto che sembrava uscito da Gli Aristogatti 😁 La posizione è eccezionale, a pochi passi da Santa Sofia, e il servizio sempre accogliente e amichevole. La camera spaziosa, con aria condizionata, non nuovissima ma perfettamente confortevole e pulita. Non è un hotel di lusso, ma ha personalità e la location è impagabile.

A delightful experience from beginning to end—from the friendly staff to the comfy room to the tasty breakfast buffet. Quite reasonably priced, too, considering it’s in the heart of the tourist district. Iskender was very helpful and attentive and went out of his way to make me feel at home. I ended up staying much longer than I had planned. Would definitely revisit!

Booked 5 nights. Dreadful rooms, bore no resemblance to those shown on photo, very shoddy finishing, dimsal tattered wall paper, horrible black felt floor covering, shabby furnishing, disgusting shower room. We refused to stay another night and paid in liras for the one we spent there. The hotel management fraudulently tried to make an unauthorised deduction on my card for the full five nights. I got an alert from my banking informing of this and that it had prevented the funds from leaving my account. We were also overcharged for the meal we had on the evening we arrived at the restaurant which belonged to the Hotel, and was just round the corner where it served breakfast at an extra charge. We had a meal there on the night we arrived and as new arrivals to Istanbul were taken gross advantage of and charged 3,214 liras about £80, for a meal that was nothing special and consisted of a shared mezze and two main dishes, chicken kebabs and mushroom and cheese casserole. We subsequently learnt that a nice meal at a decent restaurant costs less that 1,700 liras.

I lived in the attic!! It's not even an attic, it's a shack! I booked a "Standard Economy" room. In reality, it's a doghouse. A complete humiliation of human dignity. The ceiling height is 1.5 meters. I couldn't stand up straight, everything had to be done sitting down. My back and neck were constantly in pain. I developed claustrophobia from such a low ceiling. You can't even take a shower there unless you're a fairy tale gnome. I endured 2 nights, paid for 4. They didn't refund the money. They demanded an additional 30% for a room with a regular ceiling. It's a scam! It's insane to accommodate people there.

L'hotel è piuttosto datato e avrebbe bisogno di una radicale rinfrescata ..non traggano in inganno le foto che lo pubblicizzano la realtà è ben diversa . Comunque è abbastanza economico e non si può pretendere la luna ma se cercate una sistemazione di livello medio alto non fa per voi . Certo la posizione, a pochi passi da Santa Sofia , dalla Moschea Blu e dalla imperdibile Cisterna , è un punto a favore insieme alla cortesia del personale.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui dal 6 all'11 aprile 2023 per il nostro viaggio di Pasqua. Come sempre, la scelta dell'alloggio genera scompiglio in famiglia... Come (quasi) sempre riesco a dirottare la decisione secondo le mie personalissime percezioni ed intuizioni, che (quasi) sempre si rivelano esatte. Se come me amate i piccoli alberghi accoglienti, calorosi, con poche stanze, per niente pretenziosi, i cui alloggi sono magari ricavati in edifici storici allora siete nel posto giusto: le Safran Suite Hotel vi piacerà! Noi avevamo la stanza 402 (Agya Sofia), situata al secondo piano dell'albergo. Una piccola deliziosa suite con terrazzino panoramico e vista mozzafiato. La dimensione delle stanze e del bagno è davvero esigua, ma i decori alle pareti e il soffitto in legno a cassettoni ripaga la scomodità di stare un po' stretti. Il bagno e le stanze pulite forse con qualche dettaglio un po' trascurato ma fa parte del fascino della struttura. Per terra c'è la moquette, lo preciso perché qualcuno potrebbe non gradire. Ogni giorno le stanze vengono pulite e riassettate, i letti rifatti e c'è il cambio degli asciugamani. L'albergo è situato a Sultanahmet in posizione ottimale per visitare il centro (a piedi circa 3 minuti da Agya Sofia, 10 minuti dal Grand Bazar, 15 minuti da Eminonü) tuttavia è decentrato e in una viuzza silenziosa che assicura sonni tranquilli lontani dal caos e dal frastuono. Nella stessa strada c'è un comodo minimarket ben fornito, e all'angolo un ristorante sensazionale, il Gülhane Sark Sofrasi, assolutamente da provare. Iskender, l'hotel manager, si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile già prima del nostro arrivo, inviandomi via whatsapp tutte le informazioni necessarie per il transfer dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Durante il soggiorno ci è stato di grande aiuto dandoci suggerimenti azzeccati per trascorrere al meglio le nostre giornate. Altra menzione speciale alle due splendide e gentilissime signore della colazione: Tamara e l'altra signora turca... Mi spiace ho cercato di imparare il nome ma era veramente troppo difficile. Insomma per quanto mi riguarda esperienza a 5 stelle.
