An La Jolla village ocean front landmark house upper stair room designed by a famous designer, remodeling recently. Next to the attraction of La Jolla cove. Walking distance to restaurants, museum, beaches, gallery and stores in La Jolla village. It is the best location in La Jolla , but not five star hotel. It is an old cottage style house and remodeled two years ago. If you looking for location, convenience, and oceanfront, here is Perfer for you. This house is divided into two upstairs and downstairs with its own entrance. The two parts are totally separated except sharing the laundry and garage, as well as air condition temp controller. Both can reserved for the same period of time if both are available. Downstair booking No: 2785651. The garage can fit one SUV or Stand car for each unit . This upperstair room has one parking space no. 2.However, since this is older house by the ocean, you can hear ocean wave, sometime for laundry nose , upperstair nose or dog nose. In order to make both comfortable, not use the laundry between 10pm to 8am. Please keep quiet between this hours. Since this is by the ocean, when you check in, you may feel ocean smell, but once you open the window and door, it will gone.
