ホテルまでの送迎や受付の方の対応などが非常に良かったです。客室も清潔で涼しく過ごしやすかったです。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりや施設利用もさせていただき、サービスがとても充実していました。

値段の割に設備が整ってない

とても快適なホテルでした。 部屋はアメニティが十分に揃っており広々としています。マネージャーのマタールさんとは日本語で詳細なコミュニケーションできました。時にはツアーのために車を出してくれて、ジャイサルメールの名所について教えてくれたり、キャメルサファリの手配をしてくれます。 日本人向けの旅行ガイドブックも置いてあって貸してもらうこともできるとのこと。 日本人も納得の細やかなホスピタリティが自慢の名ホテルです。

ここでキャメルサファリの予約もできました。とても良いガイドで楽しかったです。日本人が多い宿なので一緒にツアーに参加したり、情報収集もできたのもよかったです。ホテルの部屋もとても綺麗ですがシャワーの温度調節は大変でした😅使用はしていないですがプールもありました。ルーフトップレストランは景色が良くよく利用しましたが料金は割高なので朝食での使用が良いと思います。スタッフは優しく、ウェルカム味噌汁や別のホテルへの送迎までしていただけて大満足でした。ジャイサルメールに訪れる日本人にはとてもおすすめの宿です！

ドミトリーに宿泊。 日本語堪能な方やレストランも美味しい(市内に比べるとやや高めですが300円程度です) ルーフトップからの眺めは最高でジャイサルメール城が一望できました。 ロビーに座っているとチャイやお水を提供してくれる心優しい方たちでした！

Excellent experience at cheaper cost. If you want just shelter at night, then it's a right choice.

The service was excellent, especially from Mr Allae (who took great care of us e.g. going out to get us food when the kitchen was closed) as well as Mr Sakhi (who took us to the hospital and sorted everything out for us in a difficult time, we are so grateful) Thank you so much for everything, as well as a very enjoyable stay.

Meilleur hôtel où séjourner sur Jaiselmer. A 5-6 minutes à pieds des remparts. L’hôtel est très beau. Il y a un beau rooftop et une jolie piscine. Le personnel est très accueillant et aidant pour vous aider à réserver safari/tuktuk. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages 2 jours le temps d’une excursion dans le désert. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous avions une chambre magnifique. Merci à Youssouf et Malik pour leur excellent service.

客室は涼しく、水回りも綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。また、チェックアウト後にも関わらず、シャワーを浴びさせて頂いたり、味噌汁を頂けたりしてとても有難かったです。また、ジャイサールメールに来たら訪れます！スタッフの方たちもとても親切で、ホスピタリティーに溢れていると感じることが出来ました。慣れないインドの環境の中で、とても頼りになる素晴らしい方たちだったと感じます。とてもいい経験でした。ありがとうございました！

This hotel was incredible. The room was a comfortable size, beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were so comfy. They decorated it in rose petals and balloons for my birthday as a driving surprise ( after my partner asked them) The outside of the building was so intricately decorated in carved sandstone. The pool was refreshing and a most welcome pleasure. Views of the huge fort looming above, while we are in the restaurant, were like something from a movie. The boys in the upstairs restaurant were so sweet and made absolutely delicious food. The concierge was very friendly and efficient and even gave us a ride back on his motor bike when he passed us walking back :) Over all a great location in a fabulous city. I've seen many Indian towns and cities and Jaisalmer would be up there as one of my favourite.

Chambre correcte . Personnel gentil et serviable. Emplacement calme et proche de la forteresse. Idéal pour visiter la forteresse. Pertit déjeuner simple. WiFi très irrégulier. Le prix de la chambre est surévalué pour les prestations offertes.

Manager was very arrogantly, not expecting property and room is cleaned no 1, other staff no 1. Food is good
