位置很好，酒店很普通，信號也不好

Great place and location !

I booked a room for my parents for a night. The room was different from what appears in the pictures (probably they took pictures of the nicer rooms), there was a strong smell of cigarettes, there were no towels and there was no representative of the hotel present (other guests contacted a hotel employee for them to ask for towels). They went to a concert and came back at night to find that the employee put 2 towels but they were dirty, the shower didn't close all the way, the shower head fell off the wall, the bathroom sink causes flooding if used and foam came out of the drain. In the morning there was also no representative of the hotel, later I spoke with him on the phone, he answered rudely and claimed that my parents (60+) tore the shower head from the wall themselves and that they should have left immediately after the check-in (most of the problems were discovered at night and they had tickets to a concert). Recommend to stay away!

They were flexible to give the room earlier than the normal time.

The friendly hotel is in an exceptionally good and central location, a 15-minute walk from the Jaffa Gate, restaurants and a small 24/7 supermarket just 3 minutes away on Jaffa street. The hotel manager personally organized a day tour for us twice, everything worked out wonderfully.

The hotel is unique, quirky and brilliantly located. It made us feel a part of the area. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. At night or in the morning we could just walk down the road and be in the heart of the restaurant and bakeries. Great place to say with lots of character.

Olive Heleni hotel is a little hotel close to the old city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close walking distance to all sights, restaurants and transportation. Small but clean rooms. Very good value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.

The Location is very good at walking distance from Yahuda Market, 20min, Zion Square, Jafa Street and old town 20 min to jafa gate The team is willing to help and provided us with very useful tips. Beds are good and the hotel is in quite area La posizione dell hotel è molto buona, a 20 minuti a piedi dal mercato Yehuda e vicino a zion square e jafa street. Sta a 20 min da jafa gate e vicino al new gate Il personale è molto cortese e ci ha aiutato in varie situazioni dandoci buoni consigli.

Absolutely loved staying at this Hotel. We were there for 4 days/nights. The location is superb - close to cafes, restaurants and transportation. Walking distance from the Old City and the CBD. The staff were so friendly and accomodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was an excellent place to finish off our 2 1/2week stay in Israel before we headed back to Australia. Thank you to Rabie and the staff for making us feel at home. We hope to be back again next year.

I got a place with no window even if I specifically asked for a room with a window. Further on, The place was full of drunk people and even though it said that it is a 24 hour front desk service there is not. You have to call to check in, and when I did the manager was very angry about the drunk people and wanted me to throw them out. I told her I could not do that and she started yelling at me on the phone. She was very rude.

We were initially drawn to the place because of the convenient location but later discovered that there was more to the hotel than we saw on the map or read in the previous guests’ reviews. We stayed in the hotel three years to the day, just before the pandemic stopped people from travelling abroad. The owner was incredibly friendly. In fact, we had a few lovely chats in the bar whilst being treated to either coffee or wine on the house. It’s a place we miss very much and fondly think of every time we reminisce about our stay in Jerusalem. We couldn’t recommend the hotel enough to anyone travelling to and staying in the heart of Israel!
